I have my virtual onboarding on 28th June 2021 and my joining on 5th july 2021.
I had to upload my marksheets and course completion certificate in the portal. I uploaded them in the portal, there was a dialog box for clarification i had written that i uploaded the required document but then as i went save and next and closed the tab and later i opened again i was not able to make changes as i hadn't clicked on submit last time. But those documents are uploaded there but i dont know if they got submitted or the clarification text which i had written that got submitted only. Please resolve this issue as i have my joining. please help

    Hi,

    I am an ex employee of wipro and my AD ID is PA20107290. I have raised atleast 10 ticket via helpline on alumni portal. All of them were closed with no resolution. The portal doesnt give an option to see the ticket logs by the service agent

      This is Sai Kumar Komati with Resume Number[protected], the link which was given for uploading documents for background verification is not working(getting message like "Sorry, the page you requested was not found").

      And while resetting the password and also getting messages like " Sorry, your login has been restricted " .

      please resolve this issue as soon as possisble.

        Hi Team,

        My date of joining in wipro is June 21, 2021, till now I didn't got the onboarding link. I have reached the HR and drafted the mail to onboarding help desk. The HR said the onboarding date has been changed to June 23, 2021 but I didn't got any addendum letter saying the same. In embark portal also my DOJ and onboarding date are changed, it is showing June 21, 2021 only. I have already resigned from my job and waiting for onboarding on Wipro. I totally got confused and tensed by the current situation because I have not joined the organization even after receiving the appointment letter. Right now really getting panic about my current situation at Wipro.

        Can you please help me with this issue and please start my onboarding process ASAP.

          My resume number is 21018202 and I have received the email for background verification process on 15 June 2021
          I want to bring the issue into your knowledge that the website on which I have to do the Background Verification Process is not responding. I have tried multiple times by logging in the dashboard and then clicking on Background Verification tab - Fill more profile details but after that it only gives the error showing Server error in application.

          Kindly help in this regard for completing the process.

              I've got a mail to upload the pending documents. While I am accessing the upload page, I'm getting that the URL is rejected. I've mailed you regarding the same. And got back the reply suggesting to make a mail with the subject line having resume number.

                      Hello,

                      I am an Ex-Wiproite, so I don't have Wipro's official email to communicate with their support. I can only open the tickets with the Wipro Alumni portal but when a ticket gets updated by the support engineer neither I get any communication email nor updates show in the portal.

                      It has become very hard for me to know what resolution the team has provided. The portal ticketing system is very bad. It doesn't...

                                    My Last Working Day in Wipro was on 29th May and they didn't provide the Relieving Letter to me stating that Asset clearance is not given. I was trying to reach the Adim team and HR team for help as there is no Asset provided to me and I had been working on Personal Laptop all these days since Lockdown. But showing this untruthful reason they denied giving me the Relieving Letter and my current organization is requesting the Relieving Letter to proceed with my Background Check. Please help me in this difficult situation as both Admin team and HR team are not responding.

                                      I applied for Wipro-wilp 2021 program and got selected and cleared both the technical and HR interview. Currently, I am giving my last year exams.
                                      Wipro sent me details to register into PBLApp which helps me to boost my knowledge but the site lag is real. Firstly this site wants me to enter verification every time I try to login plus every time it takes almost 5-10 mins to log into my account after that I can not open a single video lecture or any sort of practice content because it takes forever to load and says session time out re-login then I try to re-login again it sends me a verification code and the cycle continues. It's been 3 days since I got my ID but I haven't done anything. I tried contacting them but the they don't have time to reply I guess. I want my issue to be solved so that I can start the course. Please do not reply saying contact our support I have already tried 3 times from 11th of June 2021.
