    PF related queries unattended by Wipro support

    Hello,

    I am an Ex-Wiproite, so I don't have Wipro's official email to communicate with their support. I can only open the tickets with the Wipro Alumni portal but when a ticket gets updated by the support engineer neither I get any communication email nor updates show in the portal.

    It has become very hard for me to know what resolution the team has provided. The portal ticketing system is very bad. It doesn't...

                  My Last Working Day in Wipro was on 29th May and they didn't provide the Relieving Letter to me stating that Asset clearance is not given. I was trying to reach the Adim team and HR team for help as there is no Asset provided to me and I had been working on Personal Laptop all these days since Lockdown. But showing this untruthful reason they denied giving me the Relieving Letter and my current organization is requesting the Relieving Letter to proceed with my Background Check. Please help me in this difficult situation as both Admin team and HR team are not responding.

                    I applied for Wipro-wilp 2021 program and got selected and cleared both the technical and HR interview. Currently, I am giving my last year exams.
                    Wipro sent me details to register into PBLApp which helps me to boost my knowledge but the site lag is real. Firstly this site wants me to enter verification every time I try to login plus every time it takes almost 5-10 mins to log into my account after that I can not open a single video lecture or any sort of practice content because it takes forever to load and says session time out re-login then I try to re-login again it sends me a verification code and the cycle continues. It's been 3 days since I got my ID but I haven't done anything. I tried contacting them but the they don't have time to reply I guess. I want my issue to be solved so that I can start the course. Please do not reply saying contact our support I have already tried 3 times from 11th of June 2021.

                        Hi,
                        I had attended an L1 interview with wipro for .Net MVC role on May 6 2021 and cleared the same and followed by L1 they've scheduled an L2 interview on next day (12th May) morning in the form of teams meeting. The interview persona said, you've cleared an interview and you'll receive an call from HR. I cleared HR round as well. After that they asked documentation I uploaded all documentation . After three weeks HR got called me and told offer has rejected due to high expectation..
                        My concern is - when HR called me for position of .Net developer that time I told her all scenario, how much offer I am holding and my current CTC all those things.

                        What is point to reject offer letter at the end of process ? They asked proof, I have send them holding offer letter .

                        I have only one week I have to join other company on 21st Jun . still Offer letter did not received.
                        Please release an Offer letter ASAP.
