I have sent an email to WIPRO PF team in the month of January 2021 to link my Aadhar card details with UAN but they didn't do it stating my Name in the system is SAILAJA ANDRA however in Adhar card it's ANDRA SAILAJA so they require all the hard copies of necessary documents, I sent it to WIPRO Banglore address, they received it then they sent an email that they verified it and sent it to EPFO team only they would be able to modify my details, I waited then after few days I raised a request with EPFO team to check the status of my request and they are responding that asked your employer to do the KYC of PAN, Aadhar and Bank then only they would be able to make changes from their side. I mean how frustrating it is you guys took more than 90 days to resolve a simple issue and instead of helping your ex-employee you're just revolving the issue without giving any proper resolution.
I am unable to apply for PF withdrawal just because of this super service of Wipro PF team..., I worked with Infosys as well but never faced this issue I mean to update KYC they are making me wait for more than 90 days and sill waiting...Very frustrating
