      Heights of harassment.
      Again and again different address.
      Please don’t waste my time and money anymore.
      Very bad experience with wipro.
      From almost last 60 days i don’t get the replacement of products.
      Who is responsible for the replacement and cost incurred for travelling after so much of harassment.
      After the tedious and wastage of time still now solution provided instead of harassment.
      Also requested if you can deliver at the address mentioned below.

      Very bad experience will escalate now this matter.

        Greetings,

        I got relieved from Wipro on 14 August 2020 after completion of my notice period. I was expecting my relieving letter and when I did not receive it, I contacted my final settlement team and they informed me that I need to pay Rs 10, 808.56 to get the relieving letter. I requested for the basis of the charges and they stated "Regarding the recovery in FS under negative Salary and WBP was because of LOP in July month, as based on the system records you have 23 LOPs in the month of July 2020.
        We have processed 17 days of July salary and same would have been credited in your account by now. So we recovered 9 days of July salary in FS (31 – 23 = 8 Days, 17 - 8 =9 Days recovery)."

        Now let me state the reason for the LOP's I received during the month of July 2020 and the previous months. Ever since March 2020 right before lockdown started, my process in wipro started issuing the computer right at the last moment (i.e. on 21 March 2020(Saturday) without any prior intimation). By the time I came to know about it, I had already left chennai for my home town(Erode) as my Mom had a surgery. Ever since the lock down started (23 March 2020), I have been requesting them(Manager, HR) to help me with receiving the computer to me as I would not be able to travel to Chennai due to lockdown and e pass approval. Until 26 June 2020 they refrained to help and after that they decided to provide it only on one condition, i.e. if I revoke my papers(which I believe they have no authority to tell me on how long I should be staying in the company) dropped on 14 June 2020. I refused to revoke the papers since I was already frustrated with the support wipro was providing and had other job offer who were ready to provide every support that I was required.

        I requested my HR for early relieving since I was losing the opportunity to earn money that I was supposed to be earning and was not being able to earn due to lack of support by wipro. But he stated, as per the policy I am supposed to be serving 60 days of notice period or else wipro would levy charges for early relieving. I tried arguing stating with no support, what is the point of holding me. But I was forced to stay since I did not have enough money to pay 2 months salary and leave immediately.

        I waited for 60 days of notice period to end and then I left the organisation. But receiving the 10, 808.56 rupees due on my name, i was shocked. When I contacted HR, he stated that we were paying you the basic pay in your absence and since you got relieved we are recovering it few of it. Now the question that confuses me is why I am being held responsible for LOP's (Loss of pays) I got in previous months as it was due to lack of support from wipro. They are also justifying for not providing the required support by stating that we used to pay you the basics. Please understand I did not ask for basic pay, . I requested them to let go off me so that I could find other opportunities to earn in the crucial time of Covid 19. They credited the basic pay in my account and are trying to recover now since I am left the organization. I already incurred a loss of pay for more than 60 days which I would have earned if I had been provided with the required support. Above that now they are expecting me to pay.

        Wipro is having it in all the ways (i.e. did not provide computer due to which I have not been able to earn the total pay since March 23 2020, did not let go off me early despite realizing that the required support had not been provided by them, held me for 60 days by just paying the basic pay which I never asked for and now without intimation, part of amounts are imposed on me for recovery. Their actions implicates as if I ran with their money.

        Request to help me on waiving of the fee levied to me.

          I have ordered a gernet table lamp on 28/05/2020 and it does not work (Light flickering and turn off automatically after few seconds), so i requested for the warranty on 17th june. At the time of registration you said it will be resolved in 13 days. Now it has been more than 3 months, i don't receive any reference number.

            Its been more than 2 year since i left wipro and still my pf has not been transferred. I sent plenty of emails to wipro pf team asking for attested annexture-k copy but they didnt send that. I am tired of sending emails and chasing them. Please help.

                        I had purchased 1+1 safe wash premium liquid detergent (2lt) top load, from dehradun. The pack was leaking. It spoilt my other purchases too.

                              I was paid a bonus of around 400000 in financial year 2019 for which tax of around 120000 was deducted. I left wipro in March 2020. My gratuity was 404718. 2, 37, 281 is recovered from my Gratuity as I left before bond period. This deduction is not reflecting in the latest form 16. Since gratuity is tax free how should this be considered?
