Hi team,
I am an ex employee of wipro with emp id 243666.
For past one month i have been chasing this team alumnipf. [protected]@wipro.com for my pf withdrawal for pandamic advance. They accepted my request and asked me to fill a form and send a cancelled cheque leaf which i did and submitted to them via email.
After 20 days of waiting and multiple follow ups i receive an email from them saying that the amount of 26300/- has already been transferred to my wipro account [protected] on 9th may 2020.
When i checked the account and also checked with the bank, double checked all transactions and statements, there was no such credit transactions.
Also when i am telling this issue to this team alumnipf. [protected]@wipro.com, the only response which i get from them is we have already transferred to that bank account.
Now, its my humble request to you team that if you could help escalate this issue as i am feeling totally helpless and i am not getting any sort of proper response from this team and i am quite baffled with the responses which i am getting from them, they are just saying we have sent it to your bank account, which i feel is not a resolution when i am saying i haven't received it.
I request you to kindly help me in this issue and guide me to proper point of contacts who can help me in this issue.
Please find attached bank statement from 1st january 2020 till date which i obtained from the bank. There is no such transaction.
Its my humble request to help me in this.
