background verification option is not available

I am a selected candidate in wipro elite in 2020. I accepted the offer letter and submitted all the mandatory documents. I have been asked to resubmit the loa. But there is no tab/option in my portal to upload my loa for bgv.
There is an offer tab, boarding pass tab, joining tab, register tab and cam tab. But there is no document upload option available.
Please kindly help regarding this matter....

I was part of the wipro technology from 25/03/20/13 to 31/08/2016.

I requested for pf transfer to my current employee. But no acknowledgement received yet.

Claim status: accepted by field office.

Above status is pending since many months. I tried to get the status from wipro alumni portal. But, they close the status of my ticket within few sec.

Please help.

    I want access the courses but while trying to open pbl app, the server is very slow and unable to load the website. So i am unable to start my course. I tried many times to login but pblapp is not responding. So I kindly request you to resolve this problem so that I can start my courses.

        Respected sir my resume number is 9305447. I have completed my all the courses but i cannot update the completion status of assignments. The update completion status tab is not working for rdbms/jdbc course.I have uploaded the assignments.It was working for all other courses. Please look into it as soon as possible.

          Sir,
          I have been shortlisted from my campus jamia millia islamia for wipro in 2019.
          I was offered the offer letter and asked to submit the mandatory documents.
          I uploaded all the required documents along with the loa.
          On 20th april 2020, i received the mail from wipro saying i have successfully uploaded all the documents and got the green signal regarding it. The mail also said i will get my final offer letter.
          But today as i opened my iverify portal, i did not find my offer and joining section.
          Kindly tell me what does this mean.

            Respected sir,

            I am Santhosh Kumar P, I was selected in Wipro . When try to login my synergy account it's shown incorrect password. I have just entered correctly my password still it shown incorrect so I tried many times now my account has been locked.then I tried to reset my password I got mail new password.I entered the password still it shown my account was locked .I have to upload my Marksheet . Please help me to recover my account sir

                pbl app update completion status tab not working

                Respected sir my resume number is 9286696. I have completed my all the courses but i cannot update the completion status of assignments. The update completion status tab is not working for junit, collections and rdbms/jdbc courses. It was working for all other courses. I have already messaged about this issue earlier in discussion forum. Please look into it as soon as possible....

Also i got another email notifying that i haven't started any course. As i am unable to open pblapp home page, i couldn't start any course.                         I m lokesh kadbe from nagpur m working with indusind bank nagpur. Bank tip with your company. There is covid 19 lockdown period i know but your engineer not pick up phone or not response. Even though will provide government e pass for same but still not response. This pending from 17the april 20. Its most urgency for repair the laptop bcs some important data share with client on daily basis. We provide approval from corporate office but till not reply from wipro so plz help, if not we will escalate on social media also

                          My wipro employ id was 389941. My last day in wipro was 30th march, 2020. The final settlement amount was changed a few days before last date. It was changed to approx 70 percent of all salary components before any deductions. I contacted the support portal before last day as well as support from alumni portal after last day. Every time there is no explanation from the support and the ticket is forwarded to different support teams and closed without reasoning. It seems very intentional. Need the full amount or a valid justification for the same.

                              I am applying for Reference letter in the Alumni portal, but i am unable to upload a file to it. Its been almost 4 days i have been trying to get the same.
                              I tried using chrome and mozilla. Both have file upload issues which is really frustrating. I have tried multiple times.
                              I am in urgent need of it. Please help me.

                                Respected sir / mam,
                                My resume number is 8201705 and from last 7, 8 months i am on hold position with company. I just want to know that about my joining date, because i was selected in oct -2018 and i also have a "letter of intent", but after graduation my final year criteria is 59.7%. So after that i got a letter in which they mentioned that "we are not taking forward", then in december 2019 i got a letter in which they told me that "we will consider you" and my resume number is also stored in wipro database, so i request you to please help me for issue joining date.

The last mail I got on 25 Feb 2022 which mentioned that ur on boarding will be on 1st March 2022. I am working at wipro consumer for last 1 year but my asm who's name is ajay kumar soni has hold my salary for the month of february 2020 without any reason or giving me notice and all my colleagues got their salary.                                     I. E; wipro mail id's are blocked by someone because of that mails are disappearing in mail. Iam receving mails from wipro but mails are disappearing. Iam facing problem with this. Instead i received letter of intent i didn't see because it disappeared. I accepted letter of intent in synergy website. If this continues i have to face problem at the time call letter also. Please help me.
