My last working day in wipro was jan 25, 2020. It has been more than one month and i have not received my full and final settlement till now. There is no customer care portal, we are unable to raise any ticket in their alumni portal, every time i try, it says please try again later, and this has been happening from past one month. This is disturbing and its sad to know that they do not care about people who have left the organization.
I had completed my clearance before my last day at wipro, but in alumni portal it is showing, hardware still uncleared-pending with employee. I have checked it with my ex-colleague and the desktop i was using has already been taaken by nss team.
Kindly help me with my settlement.
