I have been following up with wipro for over 3 months now after sending all the signed documents to transfer the pf to current pf account, the only response that i get is "this is to inform you that your transfer application is under process.
Due to new implementation of the process changes at the backend, we would take some extra time to complete your pf transfer transaction. Hence request your kind patience until mid of dec’19 so that by then all transfer activities is expected to complete."
This month will keep on changing, process started in oct its still pending. Looks like they copy paste the same answer, change the month, every time you ask for an update.
Not sure if wipro does have the amount or it has been siphoned off for something else.
