This is my experience with uae process rak bank in wipro. One of the worst process. They cheated people and kept employee in trap. While they hire they told shift will be from not 9 to eve 9 and fri sat fixed off as it is banking process. But after training they say it's rotational shift and off which is not fair. The process is worst process and it has bad reviews in website. Wipro dont pay properly and dont approve leave as per labour law. The management people are not worthy enough to handle. They treat people like #. Before joining they said its not target oriented but nw they force to do cross sell. The quality analyst people are another #. The calls has been evaluated by uae quality analyst people. They mark down for evrything and give errors and fatal calls. This is the only process which will never go live after completed four months also. So this is the reason for them to avoid giving incentives if we achieve target. No proper assistance given while taking call but they mark down and put errors simply. Because of the pressure given by management so many people got absconded. No professionalism maintained by mgmt. Because of their pressure out bound team got rampdown. They tell reason and lies but dont follow business ethics. This is the # process and # mgmt i have ever seen. Wipro is the brand one company. But they do have process which kills lives of people. Wipro is undertaken most unsucessfull bank process of rak bank uae (National bank of ras so khaima). The process head is pavithra and mona, manger is raina team leaders are manoj, shivam, mahesh and haripriya. And few more # are landed who worked with bank. The head for rak bank is maher. And 30 people are callers. This is the strength. People who mentioned above nobody knows professionalism. They hired people by telling world full of lies. And there is useless hr named mathew good for nothing people. Most unsucessfull project of wipro.

      I have bought Wipro emergency lamp
      Model number : CL0005 . The charging point is not working properly though I bought only 10 days back . Please do the needful and hope for the best .the charging plug is not going out for putting in charge. The lamp is not used once also to charge and and it was found defective . Kindly do the needful and acknowledge me with the best solution .

          I have been following up with wipro since a month now for releasing my relieving letter and full and final settlement but till now i have not received any revert from team for this. They claim to process this within 15 days.
          I have looped in f and f team, exit clearance team as well as hr into this but noone seems to be bothered to get this resolved. My continuous follow ups have been of no use.

              Emp id:-ma386103. Due to health issues i am at my home town and was not able to submit my id card on lwd. I have submitted it lately. Now i got placed in another company.               Today i received mail from campus arena and by god's grace today I received my on boarding mail which is 25th of february. But when I tried to login into my Wipro i'd, it is showing that my i'd has been locked.

              Please Sir/Ma'am give me the solution that how to unlock my i'd, so that I'll able to see my joining venue.

                Hi,
                I have mailed several times to form16. [protected]@wipro.com and settlement team to get my form16 for assessment year 2016-17 (Financial year 2015-16) as it is urgently required by my current employer for visa process. It has been 6 days and numerous mails but no luck!!

                Since form16 can only be provided by employer and uk visa demands for past 3 years form16/itr, i am left with no hope. Kindly resolve my query and provide me form16 document from traces.

                    I registered myself on the synergy (Wipro's official website) registration link provided by the tpo (Training and placement officer), for the wipro campus drive on february 7, 2019. After successful registration, i got the reference number and the password via mail from [protected]@wipro.com. I also filled up the cam form and tried to login in the candidate desktop. But i was unable to login. It was showing that my account has been locked. So i was unable to generate the boarding pass. Still i cannot login in the candidate desktop. I need to login in the candidate desktop because tomorrow (7 feb 2019) i am having online assessment. So please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                        I was a former wipro employee who worked from july '2013 till jan' 2015. I travelled abroad later on with my family and continued working in another company. After leaving from wipro, i did not withdraw pf, hoping to get a new job in india after we come back to india from abroad. Now i am back, but due to a personal reason, i want to quit my career. I want my pf withdrawl. I have my uan number and everything, but the balance shows zero. I contacted wipro at [protected]@wipro.com to help me with the withdrawl, but i have not received any response after i contacted several times. I have had similar experience in the past with wipro. I have followed 3 times now with my employee id, but i did not have a single response. There is no number or escalation email id mentioned in the exit letter as well. What should i do? I have no clue. Any help will be highly appreciated.

                          I left wipro in septemebr 7 2018. Employee number 327982
                          I didnt get my full and final settlement slip to my personal mail. I need to submit it for it prrof in my current organisation.                           My resume number is 8501342. I got a mail regarding uploading documents in january, 2019. So, i have uploaded only few higher education documents, there was no option to upload my 10th and 12th documents. Later, when i mailed the same to campus. [protected]@wipro.com, it was mentioned that, whoever has uploaded documents earlier, will get a mail regarding uploading of pending documents. Then i have received a mail on 4th february, 2019 regarding uploading of pending documents. But when i logged into candidate desktop using my credentials, there is no option to upload documents. Please help me with this!!
                          I even want to know what is the last date for uploading documents.

                            It's about a half month that i have applied for the wipro job openings and i have successfully completed all of the formalities and my application has also been successfully submitted but there is no response from the organisation side and its about half the month gone my resume status is still on the first step and its is neither moving ahead nor i am getting any status from the company. I am extremely very sorry to say that wipro is a well reputed multinational company which works round the clock but sorry to say that if this will be the laziness of the hr department then what to say about other organisation. I have no words and i am extremely sad about that if this will be continued then none of the youth will want to work with wipro.

                                My name is sudhir devange and i worked for wipro infotech from 25/02/2008 to 24/02/2010. My employee id was retainer no. 626166.
                                My pf no. Kn/10275/33350 as per payslip.

                                In april 2015, i tried to transfer my online but it did not got through because it gives message that "no data found against this member id: #
                                Checking previous company details". It still shows same message.
                                So i cannot go for online transfer. Please see attachment.

                                I have mentioned this to wipro pf team. Please see reference no. 288608.
                                But they still suggest to initiate online transfer.

                                Recently, i have emailed them to look into this but there is respond from [protected]@wipro.com. My email id is sudhir. [protected]@gmail.com. Please assist.

                                  Hi i worked with wipro bpo from march 2014 to march 2015.in my epfo my details are incorrect in place of father's name it's some other name mentioned and in relation it says husband. I am not married and i have not provided those details. I want those details to be corrected also i am not able to view the passbook. I have mailed the wipro of team so many times but they say that they won't be able to correct the details. I want to withdraw my pf as i am working aomewhere else so what to withdraw my wipro of. I don't know why the wipro team does not respond properly. Please help.
