I have recently received a letter of intent on 21/12/2018 (Resume no.8438505), after completing my hr round on 20/12/2018, and i have accepted the offer. Later after applying for my passport, since it was compulsory, i wanted to login again to complete my verification details and upload my letter of authorization. But it showed my account was locked.
When i tried to reset my password through the 'reset password/forgot password' option, the passwords sent through the mail also showed up being invalid passwords. I have even written a mail to the hr but still i have got no response. Even after waiting for more than an hour, no password was generated to my mail. I am not even able to update my email id.
Please reach out to me as soon as possible because i don't have much time left to submit my letter of authorization.
