I want to close my pf account, also i requested for pf balance multiple times.

I contacted [protected]@wipro.com but got a response that i was not allowed to send a mail to this id. I mailed settlements team but never got a response. I want to close my pf and withdraw the amount. Please do the needful asap...

I have bought Wipro torch and it is not working from Day 1. I had bought Wipro Emerald rechargeable torch some days back. When I charged the torch completely and tried to use it, it was not working. Please let me know whar are the further steps I can follow to get my torch replaced or repaired.
