I am not able to communicate with wipro about my pension transfer status. My mails are not getting delivered to [protected]@wipro.com

I have joined tcs after leaving wipro & initiated pf transfer there. I got my pf amount transferred but pension amount was never transferred. Now i got to know that tcs never received annexure k from my previous employer viz wipro.

Please advise....

Wipro is the worst company if compared regarding the pf withdrawal functioning.
They don't even know what are the mandatory field details that is required for the pf withdrawal for the employee. They missed out in filling my father's name lately.
