My name is hanna emil an egyptian national, business development supervisor at wipro unza middle east. Wipro unza middle east is a branch of wipro consumer care & lighting wipro unza at a glance. A wipro group company.

I have joined unza international in the month of may 2008 as a sales executive and later in the month of may 2011 i was promoted as a business development supervisor.

In the month of april 2018 i received an email from top management in the middle east, dubai stating they have stopped business in egypt and wind up. As for my job treat this letter as two months’ notice to look for alternate options.

Further, the letter stated to consider the last date of working with the company which will be 19th of june 2018 (As the contract) but for your kind knowledge wipro unza business start in egypt again, this given reason is not correct, as we have placed new order last month.

This shows very clearly that something is wrong, as the letter of termination, as well as the follow up letter, does not mention any officer name, which is really astonishing.

Therefore i sent an e-mail directly to the hr in wipro head office with letter dated 22 april 2018, to request my current status and authenticate the letter of termination, for which i have not received any reply until today.

I received another letter of termination with same day removing me from any further services without any compensation and with immediate effect.

All the above happening without any decent explanation and reasoning.

As per international labor law, we must receive bonus & service benefits (As i have been in the job more than 10 years)

My pledge with the respected authorities is to study the above matter for the fast action and compensation according to the international law.

Have initiated my pf withdrawal by couriering the required documents in the week of 21st july 2018. I have received no acknowledgement of the receipt. And all the email to [protected]@wipro.com are bouncing.

This is really pathetic.

Please help on priority.

I left Wipro couple of months ago and after leaving the organisation when I checked my PF account I found a huge error in my DOB, I immediately contacted Wipro who suggested me to update it though EPFO portal online. As advised I went on to the EPFO portal, logged in using my UAN and requested for an update of DOB. I submitted the required documents such as my AADHAR card copy and 10th certificate however after 10-15 days I saw they rejected my request stating that I need to submit a joint declaration since the difference in DOB is huge( it was more than 10 years from my actual DOB which was really shocking for me.It was either Wipro PF team of EPFO workers who made this careless mistake). I again contacted Wipro and told them about he same and after multiple emails to various teams they sent me the form asking to fill it and send it back with the required documents. Again I filled the form and sent it to Wipro PF team through a private courier which shows being delivered to Wipro team on 23rd July however after sending multiple queries Wipro team is saying that they have not received any letter from me. This has been going on for moths now and it’s getting really frustrating since for someone else’s mistake ( Either Wipro or EPFO employees) it’s me who is suffering and it looks like Wipro teams are least interested in helping their ex employees who have worked for them for past 6 years. Respected sir, /madam my richoh 210 su is not working iam contact richoh service customer care they provide engineer, he said, i part was to be change please accept quotation of wipro, they sent the quotation i accept and payment is already paid, not get any intimation for part details i called wipro customer service. Hi,

This is Prasanna Kumar Reddy with employee id 797489. I relieved from Wipro at 16/03/2018. When i applied for pf i came to know that "in the place of my father name it is my name", I have applied for the correction of it 50 days back but till now there is no status and also recently i rised grievance in Epfo portal can you please tell me what should be done.
I tried all the possible ways to contact through emails but there is no response from wipro side and recently i visited to wipro office three times but security didn't rise guest pass and they behave very rudely can you please tell me what should be done. this mistake is not done by me

I work under Xeam Ventures Pvt. ltd. which is partner company of Wipro at project of Punjab Excise and Taxation. I received my last salary of March in the month of April but after that 3 months had passed but wipro is not giving us salary + its so called managers impose new rules everyday for our team day by day but they themself don't follow them. I request you to take a strict action against them.

I called on helpline number 110 times but its just rings and after that no response. I booked complaint for my bulb replacement and no response still.
I am not sure how you are treating consumers.
I got confirmation that i will receive an call back within 5 days for resolution but neither i received any call nor no one is picking on toll free number.

I worked with wipro infotech during 1st oct 2003 to 30th sep 2005. I have been chasing for my eps transfer multiple times but till date eps service transfer not happen. I requested filled form-13 several times through my present employer but looks like wipro team don't bother to help employees.

Requesting team to plz get it done asap. I have send mail / required details multiple times.
