Dear sir/ madam, I worked in Wipro Technologies from Nov 2015 to October 2017. . Employee ID: 711220 I had previously transferred the PF amount accumulated in EPFO(PF No. DSNHP[protected] to Wipro trust (Wipro Trust PF NO. : PYBOM/11394/281092) after which I applied for withdrawal of the accumulated amount from the trust . I applied for my PF in 2018 Jan.
I have got only Rs 3800/- from them till now and rest of 17100/- has not been transferred to me ( even after 21 mails). In one of the mails they told me to fill
Annexure- K which should be filled by the extempted establishment (Wipro team) now. there is no response from wipro team .
I have all the proof that EPFO has transferred the amount in Wipro PF trust Please let me know how to get my PF money back. I am fed up of mailing them and need money urgently

    Dear Wipro,

    Please find the both attachments which are required for my below questions.

    Kindly answer my questions. Why you send an attached email and What is the problem if I don't know others than the qlikview. Even Sameer don't have the skills which I have in my experience.

    You selected my profile for Qlikview developer right ? In that case he is saying that I'm good at Qlikview but we have enough resources and we need other skills. If that is true why you have screened my profile even after second time for the non-matching requirement?

    If your Intention is just to conduct interview and formally said that not selected as usually as planned. Yes I don't know Some other topics other than Qlikview developing and MSBI technologies then what is the problem for you If I was good Qlikview as per the reuirement?

    Jan 13 th Drive at Hyderabad which is on Telugu people Festival day Bhogi. I attended the drive. Same sameer with another lady interviewed me on that day in Wipro. Based on which scenario wipro send me the attached email to me. Why wipro choose my profile to give offer.

    Just because of this email I rejected the offer from another company.

    I just believed that Wipro is MNC and level-5. Once it sent an email, it will stand on the words. With my blind belief I rejected another company offer which may not be level-5 standard as wipro, but they are as good as in Market. That Company name is : Virtusa.
    Mar 24 th Drive at Hyderabad. You invited me. I informed about my earlier drive. You said that If I'm interested I can attend this drive.

    Again That same lady interviwed me on that day and she impressed with my answers and selected me in the technical round. Here She tested me on the Qlikview. What her findings to select me for next round. Because I answered for Qlikview questions and explained her about scenarios and adhoc reporting etc...

    Same day I neglected the drive from another company which is good in Market just because of you.
    APR 3rd, which is scheduled on WEEK DAY,

    initially scheduled at 12pm. Again changed the timings to 1.30 pm.

    I just need the answers for the below questions spoken by Sameer.

    He asked some Questions on Qlikview and I answered them.He asked one data base query and I answered that. He informed that I was good at Qlikview.
    Hilighted words:
    But chinna, We have nearly 30 members who r trained on Qlikview. He asked me am I have the knowledge on Streaming ANALYTICS, MAP ANALYTICS etc.. I answered no.

    If you have the enough resources on Qlikview, even after the screening for third time my you short listed my profle for the Interview???

    If you feel that I'm good at Qlikview, what is the problem If I don't know others???
    You bliendly scheduled it waste my time. People like me came from long distnace and wasting my time and office duty, you simply come in your lunch time to conduct the useless requirement which is not matching the profile ??

    has below skills :
    SSIS,
    SSRS,
    SSAS,
    SQL SERVER, ORACLE AND QLIKVIEW and Tableau.

    Can you show me from my attched resume wherever you find any streaming analytics and Map analytics. If you don't have the qlikview reqirement on what basis you short listded my profile???

    Note:

    I don't need job from Wipro. I already have another MNC offfer. Already working in another MNC.

    The way/Process you followed or conducted is too worst and it reflected in another way as I explained above. Kindly don't conduct the FAKE DRIVES Please...

    As informed earlier you can continue with selling the jobs which is the scenario I explained and take the fake experience guys etc... But I don't have both to manage Wipro Interview people.

      Company has blocked access to their company portal. hence i am unable to get my salary slip with the UAN no. and also my pf account no. is not available the only thing i have is my date of joining and my date of leaving and my employee id. As per other websites information i also tried logging on to the wipro alumni website however it shows error that employee id is incorrect however when i enter my colleagues id for reference it shows that this employee is currently working than why it isnt detecting my employee id i am attaching all the screen shots below

        Dear sanjay,

        It's been 75 days from my first selection.

        Scenario-1):

        On jan17th wipro asked me to upload docs for offer release. I uploaded all the docs and waited for offer. Because of this i rejected the offer from virtusa pune location.

        Scenario-2):

        Before attending the interview i informed you about my earlier drive. Again i got invitation. This time also i performed well better than the previous. Hr shalini taken my photo and informed that i'll have one more round. Interviewer also impressed with my answers and told that i cleared this round.

        But this time also i haven't received any updates as of now even after clearing the technical rounds.

        To attend this second drive i cancelled the permanent position interview drive in cts company for which i already selected for contract position.

        In these 75 days period i lost the offer from virtusa and now i missed the drive from cts for permanent position. I selected in drives both times in wipro from the panel and but didn't received any updates.

        I don't find any mistakes from my side except giving priority to wipro than other companies. I could have forget these drives if i get the reply that i was rejected.in drives informing to me that i was selected but didn't giving any updates after that. Even after uploading docs also waiting from 75 days for updates.

        Kindly update me the status so that i could concentrate further.

        I understood that these hr people didn't follow the ethics of wipro company.

        It's not the problem with selection or rejection. But the way they behaved is not up to the wipro standards.

        Yesterday evening they told that i will have one more round. Some times they send mail that send me bgv documents for offer release process.

        Again finally without conducting any round due to the complaint raised by me they rejected

          Please find the below scenarios which were happened to me with wipro.

          Scenario-1)


          I attended the wipro qlikview drive on 13th jan'18 in hyd.
          I got selection email from wipro on 17th jan'18.
          Wipro asked me to upload all the back ground verification
          Documens, education and experience docs. I uploaded all docs.

          It's been 70 days and no change in the resume status.

          Details:

          In this scenario-1, during this period i rejected the offer from virtusa because work with my dream company wipro.

          I attended qlikview drive on 24th mar'18 in hyd. Before attending the interview i informed to the hr person
          That i selected in previous drive and my status is on hold. He asked me to attend this drive if i'm interested.
          I attended the mar 24th'18 drive. I answered well in the interview and impressed the panel.
          I cleared round and hr took my photo as snap shot and informed to me that i'll get call from wipro within two days.
          Unfortunately i didn't get any call as informed from wipro.

          In this scenario-2, during this period, i selected in cts for the contract position.
          Luckily again on mar 24th'18 for me cts permanant position interview
          Also scheduled to me and i supposed to attend that.

          But as i have interest with wipro i attended for drive in wipr-hyd on mar24th'18.

          Second drive details:

          This was my experience with wipro. I hope i will get updates from wipro soon.

            The following letter received by one of my relative just completed graduation:
            Dear candidate,
            Your resume short-list according your qualification in wipro technologies. Company required urgent staff for administration, hr and it (Software & developer) as executives and managers posts. You got the information by e-mail, so you are already eligible candidate in qualification base.
            The company is recruiting the candidates in various cities. Your interview process will be held at the company office in 23rd & 24th march 2018 at 11.00 am to 5:00 p. M. You have to come for joining with all required documents by company hrd. You can choose any one preferred interview location in the application form.
            Note:- company allots your appointment letter after clear the interview rounds. If any case you are not clear the interview rounds, then you can submit the two year bond and join directly, as per fresher employment guarantee program 2018 to 2020.

            Fresher employment guarantee program 2018 to 2020:
            First six month your training period, company provide your accommodation, conveyance and salary up to rs. 15k / month. After complete the training company offered best salary (Ctc) for various different posts – 2, 84, 000/-
            To 4, 60, 000/- per annum + (Hra + d. A + conveyance and other company benefits)

            Payment process:

            My relative has paid the above fees twice, again they asked him to remit money, when my relative denied to pay then the hr manager said that your candidature shall be cancelled and we will refund your money on 25th march 2018. But my relative has not received the fund back. Please do the needful and arrange to refund money to this boy. He has all documents relating to his payments and the interactions mails.

            Thank you for reaching out to us.
            Please note that Wipro does not entertain payment of any kind from candidates for employment.

            We have noticed that resumes in employment websites and job portals often receive offers of ‘jobs’ at Wipro at times that require payment of cash deposit into specified bank accounts.

            These are fake job offers because Wipro never seeks payment of money from candidates and no selection takes place without completion of the requisite interview processes.

            Some common attributes of these fake job offer emails/sms are:

            • They come from public email IDs like Yahoo!, Rediff, Indiatimes.
            • They claim to come from ‘Wipro Group of Industries Limited’ or some such non-existent organization but claiming to carry the name of ‘Wipro’.
            • They call for cash deposit into a designated bank account (generally such accounts are opened with banks like ICIC Bank, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank).
            • In the event there was already a payment made, please lodge a complaint with the nearest police station so that necessary action can be taken against the imposters.
            • To make the offer seem authentic, the email will call for submission of ‘qualification documents’, ‘experience certificate’, photographs etc.
            • The emails will contain numerous apparent grammar and spelling errors.
            • Often, the contact address, phone numbers given in the email are non-existent and false.
            • We realize that you were alerted by one of the above pointers. And in case any of your friends or acquaintances, complain of receiving such mails, please alert them too, and discourage them into not paying/depositing money. They must simply ignore such mails as ‘SPAM’.

            Importantly, please advise your friends and relatives not to fall prey to such fake job offers. Also note that all mails to candidates have a clear warning against payment of cash for securing jobs at Wipro.

                Last working day with wipro: 28 feb 2017
                No update on pf transfer status despite repeated followups with exemployee email id, uan. Pf email id.
                The biggest issue is that at the time of exit the email id provided to employees to reach out to for pf queries and transfer is [protected]@wipro.com and once out of the organization an email to this particular id gets blocked by the same team!!!

                    Hi, this is chinmay chand and i worked with wcclg from may-2011 to jun-2016. Since i want to transfer my pf amount to my current pf account i have applied online, but epfo has decline the request saying that the same has been settled in nov-2016. Where as no transfer has been executed in my current pf account, and as per my hr we need to submit my last pf statement which was with wipro. Since i am not able to view the same online, request to send the statement in my id. [protected]@gmail.com.

                      I am archana employee of wipro bearing wipro emp id as 393139.
                      My uan is not active[protected]. When i am trying to activate my uan number its showing the message as the details provided are not matching with any member. I want my uan number to be activated so that i can update and transfer my pf amount from previous company account to wipro account.

                        Hi,

                        I have bitter experience with wipro hr guy.
                        I have above 7 yrs experience. I was selected by two technical round and final round was with hr. I was demand an amount first they said it is not possible. Then i reduce the amount etc one who spoke to me said your technology is dieing down. So etc this much only. I am demanding same and finally she said ok we will give you and i will like it. And she ask me to provide details to another guy. Two week nothing happened one day the guy call me ask me about details i gave to him. Another two week after they sent me intent offer which i was not like it the amount i was demanding split into variable pay and take home was so less. I email him about my dislike and is there any way to revise and raise take home salary, not once twice no response. I was called no response.in intent letter it was mention you can submit in wipro portal or you can inform about to hr guy and with in this date you have join the company something have mentioned. I want to know it possible or not. After two week he responding to my email saying i called you and there no response. After many email i call him by morning say 9:30 he was eating something (That ok everyone have to eat) the way response
                        To me was lethargic
                        Is my salary came be revised and increase my take home.
                        He said no (Simple this)

                        Why you did n' t response to my email or call
                        (He was expecting me to call me beg or what?)
                        He said we are dealing with100 of resources response will be later. (Later yeah yeah... But in your intent letter if you are not accepting with 2 days it will be collasped and you hr guy can response even after 2 yrs).

                        I said even if you are dealing with 1000 resource you need to response.

                        I said i called you but no response

                        He said how come it now you called me i picked you call and same way i have picked you call. (As if i was telling lie to him see)
                        And told what happen you called me out of reach or switch off.

                        I told him when you sent mail saying no response (What that mean same switch off and out reach).

                        I said is there any ways raise take salary

                        He said no

                        I said it pathetic and i am so disappointing (Since i was selected by two nice guy from technical side and this guy from hr kill me)

                        He said arrogantly what is disappointing and pathetic. We offer you amount you don't like it so what is disappointing?? (Do you guy reads feel it is arrogant.)

                        He said any thing else. Again arrogantly.

                        He said very very arrogantly said go to wirpo portal and decline it the offer (Who are you to say that).

                        And he said give some command so that we will improve our services (With simle)

                        I was saying it there is gap email and call

                        He cut my call... I felt very very bad.

                        Hr guy are contact person with company and outsider.

                        Response properly to resources you won't give some your money and for hike benefit don't leave the humance.

                          Hi team,
                          I'm prasad, i have submitted signed hard copy form 13 which was initiated from my current employer to wipro (Ex-employer). My wipro emp id is - 303013. But still it is not transferred. Almost it was a year, but no use. Whats the hell wipro team is doing. Recently wipro team blocked/removed their email [protected]@wipro.com. We are unable to reach them. And when i sent couple of email to wipro pf - 'everytime they are saying documents were not received' by them. But my current org - sent me the screen shot which was approved by them and sent to wipro for approval.
                          @ wipro - if you are not responding i'm going to post a comment in wipro twitter page. Since a year i'm struggling.

                            I resigned from wipro technologies in oct 2017 after 6 years, and have sent all the duly filled forms along with address and bank account evidences to wipro pf team in jan 18.

                            Since then numerous follow ups with wipro teams - exemployee / pf / alumni for any updates or resolution of the same has resulted no action.

                            Every time you get email from a different person - "in progress"..

                            No helpline or phone number for exemployee and you are left at the mercy of an unresponsive email address and the folks behind those emails.

                            Very sad to see how wipro's pf service line / business unit is being managed

                            For last 2 months, i have been following up with them with no concrete response or closure

                            I interviewed in Wipro in 2014, but I didn’t joined Wipro that time due to personal reasons.

                            But you have created my PF account as PYBOM[protected].

                            And you have not updated my DOE in PF office because of it I can’t apply for withdrawal or transfer in my current organization.

                            Also I you have given date 21st Jul 2017 which is wrong as I even not given interview in Wipro in 2017.

                              I have submitted all the documents regarding pf withdrawal as per wipro instructions. But there is no response from wipro regarding this. Also wipro has blocked the wipro pf mail id ([protected]@wipro.com) for ex employees, so unable to contact them and they are not taking calls also. I don't know how to proceed. I did not expect from wipro this kind of worst services.

                                I was trying to send emails on wipro pf service id but tried in vain. They block public mails to reach their service. Now how would i be able to send the request. They should at least inform some public contact email id to reach them after exiting their organization.

                                I am leaving the email draft here and attached the failure status of email:

                                This is to request you to process my withdrawal of my epf and nps funds with your organization. Kindly guide me the whole process to do the same. I has been already 7 months after leaving your organization and still i have not employed anywhere. So kindly help me to process this quicker and for which i shall be grateful.

                                  I'm e employee of wipro. Tried to transfer pf amount to current employer online.
                                  But i got mail from wipro saying that "hi,

                                  This is to inform you that your transfer application is processed and dispatched the cheque to regional provident fund commissioner-pune as your current employer pf account is maintained by rpfc, kindly refer to the below details."

                                  But i don't know why it's been sent to pune. If i mail back to [protected]@wipro.com for queries it bounce back.

                                  Please suggest.

                                        I requested for payslips at least 6 months back. But i never got proper response.
