Hello, my name is neetu singh. I gave the interview in wipro technologies pune campus on 22nd july 2017 for java developer profile and was selected. Later the wipro's recruitment team asked for all my degrees & certificates, previous employment service and relieving letters, pan card, passport, aadhar card, bank statements saying that once i share all these documents within 2 days offer letter will be sent. And now it's been almost a month (26 days from my day of selection) i haven't received the offer letter either any confirmation from them. When asked they said offer letter would be sent by next week verification is in progress. This same thing they have been telling since last 26-27days.

People am contacting from wipro recruitment team and i think they are from wipro chennai,
Raghunath ramadas and logesware bai.

I want a strict action to be taken against them and offer letter should be released coz i've shared all my confidential documents with them that they can create a duplicate identity with these confidential details.

They should understand the value of the degrees, certificates, id proofs, bank statements we share. Coz all that they are doing is fooling people by calling them for an interview just to create a hoax in the market that wipro is hiring so many professional every weekend drive. However, the truth is they conduct interview every weekend but don't give offer letter to anyone just takes up their confidential information and that's all.

Am really shocked to see that a big i. T mnc like wipro is fooling with these false/fake interviews and have a serious concern that what exactly they are doing with all these confidential documents and information they take from people who are selected.

I got placed in wipro on jan 2016, till this date i was waiting for joining.in between on last week they said to prepare on any language from starting so that they will conduct an assesment on that language to get joining, as far i have waited more than 1 year 8 months to get join, i have cracked interview through this assesment and interview rounds, now they are telling us to make it from first, its such a shame on a company like wipro do this to own country peoples, that too we are post graduated peoples trusted this company and waited for this much, it was our trust in wipro made us waiting till this end, but now this shows their attitude towards us, because this they can only do in india, please try to take actions against them, we are like more than 5000 peoples were waiting like this, hope i gets a solution by this complaint

My name is debjit sengupta i work for wipro kolkata and my client was bt. I was forced to leave the job better to say abscond because of my manager named supriyo sarkar. I want strict action be taken against him and he was the one to eat jobs of many employees under him and he ia one of the most corrupted and partial person ever in bt. Did not leave me though i said about my health issues and also my mom's serious health issues and was ready to show all the documents but forced me to serve 2months notice which was not possble at that point of time and i was forced to leave the job immediately without serving notice along with him tge hr was quite rude and unsupportive in the same way. Wipro is a corruoted company along with it's whole administration system and one of the most worse mnc's ever not at all employee friendly.

My manager was non cooperative unsupportive unhelpful partial demotivating and ran a team in his own way and was not tgere in the floor most of the times and enjoying outside and doibg his personal work and the pic had to manage the team alone most of the times.

He was so partial that he favoured the people whom he liked personally (Specially his puppets) and whoever said anything against him he used to take a personal grudge on him and made sure that he cannot stay anymore in tge company.

Please take this matter seriously and i don't want any other to face the same and leave the job as i had to forcefully and with conspiration.
I want this case to be escalated and measures be taken against this or i will take another path to highlight this.

that he will get them job in wipro without any interviews and without any documents verification and
he also calls to the candidates and says wipro is having opening in Software Engineer in Bangalore and just pay 1500 Rs

When ever we call he will switchoff his phone. He is cheating many candidates as I know by taking many 1500rs .
We think just 1500rs know will give, friends this kind of people should be punished and send them behind bars.

I Sudip Chatterjee, very ashamed to inform about your Wipro salt lake branch gate no 2 security behaviour and mismanagement. On 23rd I went for the voice process us shift interview through the reference of Mr. Sourav-LPT, I cracked 2 rounds waiting for third, all of a sudden a guy with long hair, wearing casual dress, started behaving like a roadside rough guy. He told me you can't stand in the premises which was not the main campus it was the interview premises, and it was raining at that time heavily so I was standing instead of sitting, he all of a sudden started yelling at me like sit or get out from here, I told him you can't be this rude it's raining outside I am just walking cause I had cramp, then he went outside and told the security to thrash me out of the gate 2 interview campus. Is this the behaviour you guys show to the interviewees?? And that guy I didnt tell me his name was behaving like amongst one of a gangster like guy, he was about to get into a fight with me if I may say so, he was like that. That guy who sits just the entry gate 2 of Wipro salt lake a little far from the security outside, inside in a cubicle, I informed the receptionist lady about all this but she didn't do anything. I don't know what to do, I was trying some of the numbers but they are not connecting, I mailed as well couple of times but no reply came up yet till now.The guy Mr. Sourav Maji who organised this interview I called him up as well he told me, " you are here for interview so if someone says anything like that you say it was your mistake " what is this? I was not there with a begging bowl to get a bloody job, if I could not qualified you guys could have told me that I am not qualified to get the job ( which I did qualified in the first two rounds), instead of embarrassing, using slang, and yelling and exploring any insane depression on me by shouting like that insane lean think headed " gunda" bouncer with skeleton like figure did, which he should not have done.i believe you look into this matter seriously otherwise that bouncer guy with long hair insane will soon commit some or any crime in there for sure.please do reply. And lastly I came to know that, may be though he didn't tell me his name but through my resources I came to know that insanes name is Mr . Sourav Mukherjee but not sure. Hi, my name is ayan chatterjee and my employee id is 670170. I used to work 8n wipro (Kol), my process was talk talk order mangement. I had an accident in the month of dec, 2016, where i had a left shoulder dislocation. I was on rest for a month and then i joined back with the shoulder bag on. Unfortunately my shoulder injury was recovering due to the movement and it used to pain all the time due to the collision in between the shoulder bones....

Hr team in wipro guindy branch, chennai is very worst. Especially sobiya, ayisha are the worst hr's in that branch. They doesnt know how to manage. I had to go 3 days for salary discussion and bg verification. But they didnt take any action for 3 days. I had to spent 6 hrs everyday there without doing anything. Finally at the time 8pm they says come on next day. They are focusing only to leave the office and not doing their work even interview...

After i reach home they called me and said don't come i'll schedule you...
On 16.06.2017 they called at 4.00 pm and asked me to go on shollinganallur at 7.30 pm
But they didn't issue ed the gate pass for me and in shollinganallur security didn't leave me inside he said to raise a gate pass... I called from i received the number they didn't pick the call... Then from my colleague i got the number whom i have to meet tht person number... He issue ed the gate pass at 9.15 pm manager round finished i came out at 10.30 pm
Monday 19.6.2017 at 11 pm they called and said ur selected pls bring documents
I reached at 12pm... No one is response 20 members came til 5 they didn't call even one members all r sitting simply... After tht they called one by one... My name called by 8pm... And i submit all documents. I pending one document pay slip they asked to bring on next day... I resigned my past job three years back... For marriage... Then i mailed to my old office hr they response me immediate and send it... Tuesday 20.6.2017 i called to hr and asked shall i come am having payslip... Ayushi the hr name she told to come i reached at 12... She called me at 8... And asked once again sday what shruthi hr name asked same thing... I replied for tht also... And she told to wait... After an half hour she came and told sorry ur rejected due to experience... I cried lot in near itself y u dg like this u knw in starting italef then y u called me and told to 4 days waste of time am having 2 years baby... I have responsibility... I want the reason... Called head hr i want to speak nu...in hr team no response giving prober ask all employees all r told same only... Y wipro u dg like this what u thinking ours... U have to show tht ur working means we are nt for tht...9.15 only i came out from wipro... I cried and tink to go somewhere bcz of nt join in wipro it's nt problem y thy do like this... Wipro hr & senior leaders can be very fickle-minded & capricious even until the penultimate stage in hiring, so please tread with extra prudence when applying there & don't forget the adage "many a slip 'twixt the cup and lip".

May'2016 = i was at a cusp, taking a much-needed sabbatical from work & actively looking for a new role with career growth
Jun'2016 = i received an initial call from wipro for a senior (Gm level) position with a specific vertical, account, role
Jul'2016 = i was called to blr from del for a day-long visit to attend a series of final interviews with sr. Leaders & hr
Aug'2016 = correspondence related to my hiring were proceeding smoothly, early date of joining discussed, docs submitted
Sep'2016 = my hiring process slowed down mysteriously, citing delays in "internal approvals"-still no offer letter issued
Oct'2016 = sr. Hr spoc resigns & no intimation is shared that my hiring has been put on hold, after 4 mths of waiting
Nov'2016 = i try making a few enquiries & realized that i've been left high & dry, after nearly joining formally
Dec'2016 = i file a grievance addressed to sr. Leadership of wipro + ombudsman with all details, chronology of events
Jan'2017 = wipro ombudsman lawyer reverts after internal investigation that business requirements are dynamic
Feb'2017 = wipro hr (Jr) level reverted to me that the episode was regrettable & i will be contacted if any requirement

Having known from the beginning of the recruitment process that i was urgently looking out for a job with steady income, that i had pressing personal financial factors to address (Home-loan emis, sustaining my family) on just my life's savings upto that point, wipro hr could have handled the matter with due sensitivity, clarity, transparency, expeditiously and with a less cavalier attitude.

The wipro vp to whom i was to report upon joining and who had called me daily at one point to urge me to be ready to join at a short notice in aug'2016 should not have abandoned me suddenly (As was done), avoiding my calls & mails without a professional update. I had a couple of other offers that came during july-oct'2016 which i rejected thinking that wipro team was so gung-ho about my candidacy and the chances of joining shortly were very promising. I'm still jobless & the career gap has grown - much to my disadvantage and only due to 3-4 ruthless sr. Folks with no accountability & low conscience.

I highlight my plight with a hope that the mental trauma, waiting-in-vain, frustration, disillusionment, disenchantment and disappointment that i endured all these past months should not be a recurring phenomenon for another senior professional applying to wipro. If business requirements are so fluid that even sr. Level hires can be stalled / shelved overnight ad-infinitum, then why raise anyone's hopes by leading them on, inviting to blr for final f2f talks, explaining the jd, role, responsibilities, delivery-expectations in minute detail?

Very insensitive, unprofessional, unbecoming behaviour coming from an it major of our nation. I had expected lots more professionalism, accountability and sensitivity from an esteemed org of such repute, with such highly touted standards of business ethics and corporate governance.
