This is to bring your notice that, i have been interviewed on 21st, 24th & 25th april'17 for the position of quality analyst. I have received the letter of intent from wipro on 25th apr'17. At that point of time i am still working in my my previous company but the people who hired me, asked me to take emergency exit since it is an immediate requirement so i took emergency exit. They mentioned the date of joining as 2nd may'17 in letter of intent.

As per discussion they advice that i m going to join by 2nd may'17, but now they are saying that its delaying due to some technical issues. Still i did not receive any confirmation from wipro.

I took emergency exit only because of this immediate offer and my salary has been deducted for the month of apr'17 for not serving notice period.

I lost 3 months salary for this opportunity. Plesae justice for me.

He takes my account details and says with in one hour you got salary. But when i check my account 15000 was debited from my account. I try to call to him but his phone was switched off.                       Hi kotak team,

                      Till today i was happy with kotak customer service but today i am very angry and unhappy with the same.in this month (May2017) 4times money has been deducted (Rs470) in the name of the tbms charge without any intimation and after deduction also no information has been passed to us (Customer). Could you please let me know what is this tbms charge and why it is deducted.
                      Please provide me justice and please refund my amount. I would perfer switching to other bank.
                      Please intimate before deducting money and keep customers posted for any type of transactions.

                      I never thought that kotak would cheat customers in this way...

                              I resigned by job and served my notice period. Then got relieved from wipro by 2nd of may. The exitndc team promisede that i can get the reliving letter that day or the next day. Based on them, i promised to join my future organization on friday, the 5th of may. Still wipro has not sent any mail or any confirmation date on when can it get the mail. They're not attending any calls and all numbers are not reachable. Even if i call them, they are not connecting to the proper team. They say the number is not available. They fist asked me whether it am an exit candidate and then they are giving me this answer. I am asking only for an acknowledgement mail and they're not even willing to send that. I lost almost a weeks salary now from my new organization because of wipro.

                                I have proper proof of submitting IT proof to wipro, in turn i received confirmation that IT proof is verified successfully. After a month i put resignation. Even after this, they have calculated wrong settlement and cut down my salary and shown as IT Tax for my complete month earnings.
                                They do eat employee salary showing the entire amount as tax.
                                I have asked for revise final settlement, they said you submit IT returns.

                                By purposefully they do it to employees who are leaving wipro. This is not a small amount and its very big amount.

                                    When I call to the cust care ([protected] at 14:43 hr : call duration 30 min approx) of flipkart to know the exchange policy the executive given wrong information which is just opposite to the policy mentioned on website. Here the story not end, he is keep on saying the irritating line "aapko banana chahunga" and his word selection while speaking was improper. Even he does not know he is there for the customer only. it shows a big brand like flipkart is not giving value his customer. Moreover his approach should be towards providing information but this call was looking like to end anyway to save his own call centre KPI. e.g. AHT not quality of the call and customer satisfaction.
                                    Now I am thinking should I plan to buy anything / promote this brand in future.
