I had purchased a combo pack of 250 ml wipro santoor handwash + 2 refills of 180 ml. From shopclues vide my order dated 28.1.2015.

To my utter surprise, one of the refill pouch even though it is sealed from all the sides is completely empty. The other pouch is ok. I had just kept it all these days unused as i was using other large bottles stock with me.

I am working in Wipro for more than a year and it has been observed that the management levels are completely a disaster. They force employees to come down to office even they're sick. A GL named Rubana Bano she is a worst GL I have ever came crossed in my entire career.
