I didn't received any status of my pending issues despite of reminding many times to ASM:NARASIMHULU and SO:RAGHAVENDRA. So i am sending you an mail hoping that i find solution from your end .

SO:raghavendra had informed me on 29/07/2016 that if i don't accept the consignment(which was not ordered by us) i face problem that i have to resign to the distribution.
SO: shashidhar had informed me to put an mail stating that i am ready to leave the distribution and do F&F .
.
This made me take final decision to stop RTGS .despite of moving forward even if i am unsatisfied by the mgmt .

My query: 1) since few invoices we are not receiving the stock as per requirement in market, it has been altered on their own targets which is resulting in mismatch of the demand and supply in the market .due to this we have lost secondary orders of nearly 4 lakhs.

2)claims are worth above 1 lakh are pending since 5-6months which is 15% of total sales turnover .
3) STR ORG MEGA 50GM SET PACK is not billed for me since 6-7months, and SO informed me that mega is stopped., but I came to know its billed for other distributors. and prior to this ASM :narsimhulu and SO : raghavendra informed me orally that untill i do cheque transactions they wont bill me str org 55gm set pack. when i asked them to provide me an official mail regarding this so that i can look forward for cheque transations, they denied in doing it.

We are here to fulfill the requirements in the market, even after maintaining sufficient holding stock, i am being dumped with same sku's to meet their targets, were as the market requirement is completely different, which is critically affecting sales . So i am dis-satisfied by the management, IF THIS IS GOING TO BE THE COMPANY POLICY I AM NOT READY TO CONTINUE THE DISTRIBUTION.

NOTE: sir I will provide my resignation only after my pending issues are solved and credited to me .

Respected sir,
We are your distributor having firm r. K. Traders, kalwan, dist-nashik, maharashtra since 1985. We have completed 31 years with wipro company. Since, from last couple of days we are facing problems for claims. There is no salesman visited to our area from last 3 years so we always make primary & sold the stock on our responsibility facing many obstacles such as undercutting, wisdom problem, facing competition with other distributors of wipro having different areas & having go-downs in same areas in same city kalwan. Due to this problem we are unable to submit the claims in time due to the above reason.
Now at 5th aug 2016, i submit the claims to mr. Gaikwad (Area sales officer), & requested to pass all claims including previous claims & suddenly mr. B. K. Vishwakarma (Area incharge - nashik zone) demanded noc for agency termination. But, i don't want to leave distributorship of wipro company. I personally call them & requested to visit to our office so that we can discuss on the problems if there. But, mr. B. K. Vishwakarma rejected my offer & insisted me to talk with mr. Gaikwad who is salesman in wipro company. Mr. B. K. Vishwakarma's style of language was not good. I regularly insisted them to clear all the problems but they only demanded noc & leave distributorship of wipro without any communication. So, finally i told them to clear all my claims, non moving stock & damage stock. But i refused to give them my noc.
Mr. B. K. Vishwakarma has just joined from last 2 to 3 months before to our area & we even don't know them & they just visited 1 time to our office for sometime & after that they directly call us after few days & told that our distributor code is locked.
I asked mr. B. K. Vishwakarma about the reason behind why they want to terminate the distributorship from us & they give reason about our last 3 months (Quarter) performance. I know we not perform well in last couple of days but the reason behind these was only undercutting of santoor products in our market. Also we are 4 distributors in the same area & all the distributors except me are new. They all sale santoor soap to my area. For there appointment no one taken my noc & give the distributorship of other area without my permission in same town. But i never even say on the above problem & work ahead. I have faced so many problems including undercutting issue, dumping issues, dead stock issue, claims issue, area wise distribution issues but i never react on these & always try to solve it politely. I demanded mr. B. K. Vishwakarma to re-install wisdom software again & again but they never respond.
We personally sale wipro products with all ranges on my responsibility from last 31 years as we have some personal bonding with wipro company. At that time no one was interested to distribute wipro products, but we never hesitate to sale wipro products. We always gave 100% to sale wipro products & also maintain a good relationship with every individual wipro salesmans & officers & also hold a good & healthy relationship with all customers (Retailers & wholesalers). We cover so much town areas including kalwan taluka & nashik city for many years when there was nobody interested in wipro products.
Mr. B. K. Vishwakarma is looking to our last 3 months performance for termination of distributorship reason but they never see our past performance of 30 years. All the new team of wipro is appointed in our area at aurangabad depot including asm & i don't them. They are just trying to maintain there own policy in market.
I m requesting you to check the above issue & try to solve it as soon as possible. I really don't want to terminate the wipro distributorship.
Kindly settle my claims & damage & non moving stock as soon as possible & confirm us about the same.
Revert us if any issues.
Request you to co-operate the same in the matter.

Today we got a drop of 5:45 narendrapur route so there were some guys and only a woman in that whole cab thats me priya sarkar employee id 785858 so there was a guy dont know his name in the cab first of all he started cracking vulgar double meaning jokes with his friends and his friend took a drop at kamalgazi near majjzid there is a road through that road he got his drop ..nd got down from the car then i said to the driver take left and then right its kamalgazi sonarpur station road route i know cabs r not allowed in that route but .. if we search we will get to know that there is a shortcut way of reaching mandir gate narendrapur, kolkata through green park ...so as i was going to tell that to the driver ..that person who was cracking vulgar jokes..started asking me so rudely he behaved so bad that i had to get down from the cab then and there only ...and i walked my way so my question is how could a employee behave with a girl like this when nothing was going wrong and if too it was a wrong he could have told me politely ... so ..i dont know wether wipro will do something or not but this things are really bad very ...bad and he behaved...like that ...in front of so many guys its like if he reaches his destination by 2 mints ..late something gonna happen ...thank you ..and if want to know anything call [protected]

I had joined wipro as an associate, i was in hp kv process (hp laptop domestic india-manager-dev dutta, assistance manager-ashis khetan, group leader - jakaria molla) previous year, in the interview they say many thing, infect they lie to candidates but actual scenario one finds after one get into the company. at the time of interview they used to say 3 months of training would be provided, but they provides only one month of training, the reason is they are not capable enough to run the process efficiently. the client from bangalore or from delhi (i don't know exactly) used check about the training and all about the process but these people in kolkata wipro lies to the client and they play politics, in the long run we associates used to suffer. the trainer used to share all these internal things to us. the hp customers had too many complaints about the product, about the service center and all. the valuable customes does not get proper support from service center and the associates career completely depends on the survey customer used to give to them instead of quality performance. so many a times after getting proper support from associates over the phone cust used to give detractor (bad survey) because they do no get support from service center... so why associates to blame for this... and if associates ranks goes red on the basis of survey the associates are asked to leave the company... i mean, does it make sense??? after associates gives their 100% to the work their performance are judged only on the survey from the customer... if customer does not get proper support from service center, how they give promoter (good survey) to the associates???
Associates are not even given break for lunch on time, manager-devdutta, assistant manager-ashis khetan, group leader-jakaria molla, and the trainer prashant singh don't know even how to train the agents, he only knows how to build rappot with the people, that's it... everyone is to blame, they only pay attention on their performance and service level, they have nothing to do with associates, their behaviour is also very rude. i am sorry to write this complaint but this is true, completely true, they all don't know how to run the process... it happens with each and everyone.

We have purchased a server from Wipro "Wipro Netpower". Recently the SMPS got damaged and a complain was lodged to Wipro. After 4 to 5 days a person from wipro came to check the server. He was so incompetent that he could not even open the cover. After another two days another person came. He noted down something and went away. One more person came after another two days. He opened the SMPS and said that it was damaged and he can repair it....

Few years ago i uploaded my resume (Cv) on shine.com today i got a call from shine.com[protected] and they told that my resume is going to be selected for the mnc company wipro. And then they told me about the procedure which has 3 rounds 1st telephonic round 2nd hr and 3rd personal interview. They were also told me that if i am getting selected for the interview round then i have to pay rs.2250 which is fee of reference id generation. Thats why i agree for the further process and forwarded my document's copy through email on this email id [protected]@india.com. But i looked into customer complaints and was completely shocked that whats going on, this was a scam. So i told them i decided that i wont agree for this because this is looking like cheating thats why i told them i am not more interested in their offer. But then they told me they were going to blacklist my documents copy for 5 years please look into this and if in future they misuse my document than i am not responsible for that

This is in regards to my appraisal for this year. I want to discuss about the comments that i have received. I have worked very hard and this is really disheartening to receive these kind of comments. When i have asked manager on what basis they have given this appraisal they said we have to randomly select a person to give a low rating.
I have already discussed with my tl, manager and h. R. And non of them have any explanation. They said we cannot provided everyone with good rating and said its not that your performance is bad, its just that we have to select a person randomlly. Last year i have recieved more than 33% hike and this year. Its zero.

I had submitted my resignation on mywipro portal on 10th April and mg date of release was 10th June 2016.
I have not yet received any acceptance of resignation letter, no mail and no correspondence yet.
Today is 17/6, I am still waiting. I contacted my TL, he said that the manager who was supposed to accept my resignation, has not yet accepted my resignation....

I purchased wipro garnet 18w led bulb on 07-may 2016 from snapdeal online through snapdeal app. But after 10 days i opened the product & i found that the product is not switching on. Since 10 days replacement warranty is over, i cannot claim it with snap deal and as the product is under 1 year manufacturer warranty it is wipro company that should replace the product. I contacted wipro person on toll-free number and as advised by the support engineer i sent the invoice copy and my address through e-mail on 01-june-2016 & 03-june-2016. But till now there is no reply for my email from wipro end. Its my humble request to consumercomplaints.In to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Desktop monitor of the computer is not working properly. When the system is restarted 2-3 times the monitor display works, but after some time the display gets switched off by itself.Not sure about the root cause of the issue, though system's boot program seems to be working properly as we didn't face any issue in other areas.

There was an RMAC, SIR and for past one month not going to work and the company is not paying the salary even though was assured by Ombuds and HR that the salary will be paid on time, but still not got the salary.

Dear Wipro,
I have mailed my details to the concern department. they have asked me to give my employee code which i do not have, apart from this i have given my name, joining month, designation, exit details and department details still i have not got any details about my PF. i request you to please check on this matter and sort this out. This is a second complaint i had to raise since this issue is not resolved.

I had purchased a combo pack of 250 ml wipro santoor handwash + 2 refills of 180 ml. From shopclues vide my order dated 28.1.2015.

To my utter surprise, one of the refill pouch even though it is sealed from all the sides is completely empty. The other pouch is ok. I had just kept it all these days unused as i was using other large bottles stock with me.
