This is in regards to my appraisal for this year. I want to discuss about the comments that i have received. I have worked very hard and this is really disheartening to receive these kind of comments. When i have asked manager on what basis they have given this appraisal they said we have to randomly select a person to give a low rating.
I have already discussed with my tl, manager and h. R. And non of them have any explanation. They said we cannot provided everyone with good rating and said its not that your performance is bad, its just that we have to select a person randomlly. Last year i have recieved more than 33% hike and this year. Its zero.

I am soumi chatterjee, employee of wbps Kolkata.
I had submitted my resignation on mywipro portal on 10th April and mg date of release was 10th June 2016.
I have not yet received any acceptance of resignation letter, no mail and no correspondence yet.
Today is 17/6, I am still waiting. I contacted my TL, he said that the manager who was supposed to accept my resignation, has not yet accepted my resignation....

I purchased wipro garnet 18w led bulb on 07-may 2016 from snapdeal online through snapdeal app. But after 10 days i opened the product & i found that the product is not switching on. Since 10 days replacement warranty is over, i cannot claim it with snap deal and as the product is under 1 year manufacturer warranty it is wipro company that should replace the product. I contacted wipro person on toll-free number and as advised by the support engineer i sent the invoice copy and my address through e-mail on 01-june-2016 & 03-june-2016. But till now there is no reply for my email from wipro end. Its my humble request to consumercomplaints.In to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Desktop monitor of the computer is not working properly. When the system is restarted 2-3 times the monitor display works, but after some time the display gets switched off by itself.Not sure about the root cause of the issue, though system's boot program seems to be working properly as we didn't face any issue in other areas.
Please check it.

There was an RMAC, SIR and for past one month not going to work and the company is not paying the salary even though was assured by Ombuds and HR that the salary will be paid on time, but still not got the salary.

Was informed and asked by the process manager Ratikant Sinha not to come to work and will be terminated without hassle and now not getting terminated and not getting asked to come to work.
Company is not letting me know what to do
It is a kind of harassment and torture by the company

Dear Wipro,
I have mailed my details to the concern department. they have asked me to give my employee code which i do not have, apart from this i have given my name, joining month, designation, exit details and department details still i have not got any details about my PF. i request you to please check on this matter and sort this out. This is a second complaint i had to raise since this issue is not resolved.

I had purchased a combo pack of 250 ml wipro santoor handwash + 2 refills of 180 ml. From shopclues vide my order dated 28.1.2015.

To my utter surprise, one of the refill pouch even though it is sealed from all the sides is completely empty. The other pouch is ok. I had just kept it all these days unused as i was using other large bottles stock with me.

I have received a link of Wipro via sms saying to deposit Rs 3, 200 by which they will fix me an interview. After the money has been paid, they asked for another 6500 and 9000 Rs, so they can email me my call letter ! Being unable to pay the later amounts when I asked them to refund me my money, they are gone.

I am working in Wipro for more than a year and it has been observed that the management levels are completely a disaster. They force employees to come down to office even they're sick. A GL named Rubana Bano she is a worst GL I have ever came crossed in my entire career. She is a worst lady with full of attitude problem and force people to make it down to the even that employee is sick. I have escalated to higher authority but nothing worked. I'll never recommended anyone about Wipro. The way she behaves it's complete nightmare for an employee to survive. Even she replies in an inappropriate manner seems like Wipro hires illiterate managers. Who doesn't have manner to behave properly. Even though it has been highlighted to the higher authority but still nothing happened.
I am happy to leave Wipro.

Fake job offer by company and do not refund my money on day 3 march 2016 i got a msg from MD-659159 in which they write your resume has been selected for a interview in wiprow company and they give me a link on that www. Myjobsrs982.blogspot. Com when i open the link the frod letter will open and i do the payment of rupees 3200 in there account and they do not call me after that or they even dont recieve my call m very helpless plz help me. When i copy that addres which mention in the letter and paste it on google so i found that they are frod and my money go they cheat me

The worst show off company is wipro.The are fraud.Its being more than one year that i left the company and i haven't got my Pf amount neither the company who is responsible for this is nit helping.The people working for the Pf dividion or whom so ever is responsible are worthless.My pf claim status is showing payment under process for more than 4 month.I have made enough mail.Now i am going to case file in high court if necessary supreme court.I mean it.Will take off the limits.All they do is giving me the number of pf delhi office no, which is use less in country like india.If the people of wipro can;t help in Pf amount then why they are providing.Will never promote or refer anyone in wipro, moreover i will bring wipro kolkata to court if they dont settle it out by them self with PF office.I am attaching the current situation on PF portal

my last working day in Wipro InfoTech was 12Jan, 2016 and from now its almost 2 months the PF team is not sharing correct PF statement .

As per my contract it is clearly mentioned in that the employer PF contribution will be 12% or equal to the employee contribution, but in PF statement which they shared with me is different. My PF contribution is Rs. 1800 pm and the employer contribution is Rs. 550 pm.

And from last one month I am asking this from PF team of Wipro. they are not answering me the reason of this difference.

Also I requested them that I want to withdraw my PF money as I am not working in any organization yet from last 2 months but again they are not initiating this.

Even I am not able to see any PF balance in my EPFO website.
