    I was told by the courier guy that he wasn' able to find the address.So i request to please ask the person to call on the CONTACT NUMBER[protected] or[protected] or[protected]
    the above numbers belong to my parents and the last one is my number.So please ask the courier person to give a call in case the person is not able to find the address.

        I submitted the form to the pf department in Nehru place Delhi 2 months back and pf department employee told me that you will get this money in the end of August. I didn't receive it then I went to PF department on 4/09/08 to check the status they told me that the cheque has been sent to your bank. I went to my bank Standerd Charted and filed a complaint and they gave me a reply that. We have checked with the clearence department and got to know that pf department has not deposited the cheques after 31st july 08.
        What is going on its my money and I want it because I need it why government employees do not work properly. I hope this complaint you will take seriously here are the following details about the account:-

        Wipro BPO — dispatched but didnt receive the PAN

        PF Transfer/Withdrawal:
        Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
        1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
        2) 10 rupees postal order
        3) Post to address
        Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
        See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
        Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
        Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
        Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…
        Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

          Sir /Madam.

          I was working with Wipro technologies Bangalore . I resigned Wipro In 2007.After I resigned they told me to pay the amount of 'notice period" ( 45 days), even I told I am ready to work during "notice period", but HR has not accepted that and told me pay the "notice period"salary . Few months back I requested Wipro to settle my PF amount. now they are telling me pay the "notice period" amount to settle the PF amount .I do not know the PF number also, please me know what I have do to get back my PF amount

            Hi,

            I am Shyamala Rajendran working in WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES, Chennai.

            As a part of your joining formality, I required to sign a 15 month Employment Contract Agreement with Wipro Technologies. Bond amount will be for INR 75, 000/-. WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES have tied up with State Bank of India (SBI) in this regard.

            I have joined Wipro on Feb 5th, 2007 and it been 18 months and I haven't got any intimation regarding the bond amount.

            Kindly help me in this regard,

              I purchased a Wipro CFL tublelight 36W on 19th july2008 from Hometown, Ahmedabad which got fused within a week. After paying Rs.180.00 for wipro CFL tubelight and this is the case, then I feel normal electric bulbs are thousand times better than your product.If Wipro is consumer caring, then I am sure you will atleast respond to this feedback.

              I Agree I bought 4 Wipro CFL's paying 15 times the GLS bulbs as one time investment . All are dead with in 6 months written to Wipro Customer care at "customercare.[protected]@wipro.com" on 29th june 08 almost 6 moths past as today is 27th Sep 08, the letter is not even been acknowledged .

              I would think both of you are at fault to having bought products from Wipro, a typical Indian attitude company selling worthless products. Pleez do try other CFLs say Havell or even Phillips or osram. They will be true to your satisfaction and dont ever try any other Wipro stuff. Its a wastage of your money.

              I agree with all the complains about Wipro CFL's. I am using CFLS for the past 10 years. I used Philips, Osram, Bajaj and wipro cfls. I have now in my house about 6 Osram CFLs and one Bajaj ( only one I bought) and one GE gone bad. Yet to see any Wipro CFLs going bad. I keep the old ones because of environment concern. I wonder whether there is any other method to complain the poor quality of the bulbs. Wipro should attend the complain and so they can improve the quality. There is no strong consumer forum take it up this.
              I have had all cfls 18w 25 w philips and wipro in my home. 2 philips have conked off before 2 years. I think the whole hype of CFLs lasting longer 10000 hours or something is complete bull . We are better off buying normal tubelights. May be the cfl technology might have changed since i purchased them 3 years back. But for my new ventures i would strongly compare the price to life ratio of cfl and tubelight before putting 200-250 bucks for a bulb which isnt going to last even for 2 years.
              Even some electrical shops have stopped selling Wipro CFL's any more. I bought one CFL in April last year. It just conked out. When I took it back to the shop they first told me that they do not sell Wipro CFL's anymore - too many complaints, too many failures.
              Doe anyone know how to to replace this bulb? When I look the internet, the related Wipro site has a non-contactable "contact" icon. Does anyone have any phone numbers or customer care email id's for me to contact?

              Even i brought Wipro20W CFL from Spencers here in Pune almost year back and today the bulb fused and went to Spencers for replacement and the sales Manager over thier refused to take it back saying there is no guarantee on this product. If you need guarantee then go for Philips, whihc has got 1 year guarantee. Will write to Wipro, but after seeing all your comments, i beleive they wont even respond to me. At the end all i can say is NO MORE WIPRO IN MY HOUSE and will ensure that none of my friend will buy their product.

              I totally agree with you guys, I brought a wipro CFL from big bazzar, It was a pack of 3 when i reached home shocked to see one of them is not working . guys kindly suggest me how to complain this to wipro
              I purchased TWO CFL -Anchor make in sept-07.Both these lamps were used in passage and bathroom.We are a family of three adults-all three working .

              Little over one year both CFL fused.Average usage was less than 45 minutes average per day.Since bulbs fused after ONE YEAR-shopkeeper refused for any replacement.

              Is these manufactruers are FOOLING both literate and ill literate consumers and taking them for a RIDE and fleecing consumers under pretext of power saving ???

              These manufacturers are creating BIG HOLE in consumers pockets and filling up their OWN pockets with lot of money ?

              Is someone from GOVT/Consumer organisation listening ?? Can such CHEAT manufacturers of POOR QUALITY CFL PRODUCTS NABBED AND PUNISHED ???

              Yes, Wipro is not at all a lighting company. It is merely a trading company. For instance, the worst part is that the employees of Wipro are promoting OSRAM lamps in their project. Could there be anyother shameful thing in the world. A company pays salary to its employees of a certain division to promote / recommend / sale of competition product.

              Well i don't know the replacement policies 2 years ago. But since last one year i have not come across a single complain. At wipro 100 % replacement policy is adopted. Since 2009, i am distributor of Wipro Consumer products and we do sell CFL's and GLS. Wipro provides 100 % replacement, but it is the shop keepers or the retail outlets those who do not compile with.


              Within a year if any problem occours, it can be changed.
              All people have told correct.But not only wipro even philips cfl bulbs results same..They simply give warranty 1 year, but exactly after 1 year bulb wont work.. All are junk products..Better we should go only for TUBE BULBS...
              YES I had bought one WIPRO 23WATT TRIPLE U TUBE TYPE CFL from D-MART PUNE and it's got failed within 7months. First I have found Wipro is worse company in lighting, please go for Osram or Phillips CFL's forquality products. And never purchase anything from D-Mart as they are saying we can give you 6months warranty only (even not mentioned on any documents) while company is offering 1year warranty.

                  I am harassed, not by Tata indicom, but by u, r Customer Care Staff here in baddi (Himachal pradesh), harassment Started, when I had Submitted an Application Dated[protected] to tata indicom customer care office to stop my number because i had to Shift my accommodation from baddi to panchkula (Haryana).Haryana is roaming area for me. I paid all
                  my pending bill on the same date. Customer care staff told me, that one of Tata indicom, s marketing Executive will visit My Ranted House with in 48 Hrs, but no body was there in coming two weeks & Connection was not stopped.I Don, t know what was the fun.I Had already paid advance to my new landlord there in Panchkula.I Second time go to customer care office & Talk to customer care Executive, He Second time assure me that all formalities will be Done Within 48 Hrs. In the meantime my first landlord told me that you have to Vecate the house or He will charge for next month also. my Connection is Disconnected within 48 hrs, but no markiting executive is there to collect the phone set till date. I have paid Double House Rent (Baddi & panchkula), the inconvenience that I face till date. I request
                  higher management to take some immediate action regarding the problem that i faced and warn customer care staff about how to take care of their customer and tata's values in the market

                  I have purchased a wipro desktop system in march08 in association with powerzone AMARARAJA BATTERY LTD as we are retail patner of powerzone, since the system landed at our placethere is problem in softwere and hardwere and informed to the company, there service engineer is visiting, also system was taken remotly by the customercare persons but problem was not yet solved, no body is listning to it so I request
                  higher management to take some immediate action regarding the problem or return my system if they could not rectify it.it is ruining wipru reputation

                  invoice no[protected] of amount 34266.97 for whichi have paid Rs 40066/-through DD No 193803

                  dated 26/3/08 in the name of wipro chennai ltd. When i enquired about it the second invoice

                  No[protected] for AMC charges forsoftware support period starting from01.06.2007 to

                  31.05.2008 and additional warranty charges for desktop starting from 01.06.2008 to

                  31.05.2010 amounting 5751.30 was send to me, as system was purchased on mar08, Also they have

                  called me two times for this amount which i had already paid i complained to Mr

                  paramashwaram at Chennai and he said it will be resolved but no intimation was send to me

                  yet.
                  now since the system

                  landed to my place i was asking for installation which was done on 6may08, My name is

                  abhishek dikshit but in your record it is written abhishek gupta.i have lodge 3 complaints

                  since then system was formetted 5 times and several times was taken remotly but could not

                  able to sort out our problem.As per conversatation to Mr parameshwaram Mb.No[protected] he

                  wrote me this



                  "Dear Abhisheik, Your issue is currently being worked upon and Amara Raja IT Team has

                  requested to send the Database backup from your system to solve this problem. Your problem

                  may be pertaining to the Database or Application and not with the system. Please be advised

                  that installing many softwares(like Games, Photoshop, SQL Server 2005) will eventually make

                  the system slow and may also be the cause for this issue that is being worked upon and other

                  errors. Since MSDE 2000 is used for handling the Power Zone Data base, installing MS SQL

                  Server 2005 may have some conflict with the Application."

                  Bhaskar: Abhisheik has installed SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition which is higher than MSDE

                  2000 (Recommended for the Application), Request you to check the application compatibility

                  on the same .There could be a chance to make changes in main Database

                  pz softwere he is imposing charges on us if it is our fault.there was virus attack through

                  what i know is having good antivirus in my computer i wont face virus problem as we have on

                  other system, why only this system is getting virus attack means antivirus provided to me is

                  not able to handel such virus attack.

                  I have purchased one wipro desktop computer bearing sl no 08FARO33800104 CPU 1066838 Wipro i Value, from M/S Balaji Computers - INDORE M.P..Within 5 months, its front USB ports stopped working and I raised complained to M/S Balaji. Since last more than a month I have been following with them regarding this problem. I also contacted Mr Pradeep Saini of Wipro Indore office 15 days back and nobody seems to be interested in solving problem. I have made a great mistake by purchasing a branded desktop, as assembled desktop provider gives prompt service. Advice all not to purchase WIPRO Desktop.

                    I have taken two idea connections on corporate plan. I was asked to submit documents with photographs which i have submitted.
                    Then verification was done at my wipro office by an idea personnel.

                    After then my outgoing was stopped without any notice or intimation. When contacted they said that i have not provided company's address on company's letterhead. When i told them that i went to idea office for getting connection and provided the address to them though they just jot down company address and didnt even told me that this has to be given on company's letterhead.

                    I told them that this will take time but they are adament and i am still waiting for my connection to start.

                      i never receive the statement in time at my address. n then ur bank ask me to pay the interest. n when I call C.C to send me the statement on my email id they never do that. when ask to close my account they don’t do it i am fed up of this UTI Card now. Pl. help me out of this. Or I am planning to visit police station for this issue.

                          I am Avdhesh Narayan Jaiswal currently working as a software engineer in Wipro Technologies in Bangalore.
                          My native place is Allahabad (U.P.) and I had applied for passport in the month of June 2007 .
                          My police verification and LIO verification was successfully done at allahabad. But I have not yet got my passport and when my brother went for further verification it was stated that it has been rejected.

                            i wish to bring your kind attention towards my airtel no.[protected] networking problem for that i have lodged so many compliants to your customer care service vide compliant no.14040818 dated 26th sept'2007 and later on few fresh compliants no.[protected] dated 25th jan'08 and 15351261 dated 24th jan'2008 and 15268937 dated 18th jan'2008; where your company promise me to call back to find resolution about my problem.
                            As i'm a postpaid customer and paying 398 per month for your better service but my lots of call drops within few seconds(refer my privious bill) and still i have to pay a whole minute charges for that as well as much inconvenience i have to suffer while talking to my near and dear ones and suddenly moods get off because off this poor network service your company is providing to me and finally a huge amount of bill i have to pay which is beyond my pocket limit.
                            I, therefore, request you may kindly look into the matter and atleast an amount of weaver must be given in my monthly bill till your company resolved my problem.

                            WIPRO — amount debitted twice from my account

                            Post purchase my amount got debitted twice from my account. there is no immediate response from the bank side for the past two weeks... i am sending mails in vain for all the ids i get. kindly do the needful.

                              I took a replacement postpaid connection from Airtelyesterday i.e., 16/12/07 (evening 50 clock) and I submitted the replacement request form, and PAN card xerox.
                              1 day have passed and till now they have not activated the existed number.
                              I'm calling customer care services and they told me that, give us 4 heours anafter another 4 hors, not happended, night I spoke to one of the supervisor (Mr. Raj) he assured that by today morning 110clock , this sim will get activated 100%. But not happened.
                              Whe I called today 17/12/2007 morning they are telling that may be my documents have not been submitted. We have submitted all the documents and Airtel persons tell that they are working on it. Do not know when will it be activated! Their service is pathetic! I am verymuch dispointed with AIRTEL services. I am feeling mental torture since 1 day because on this NON-SENCE & STUPID & NO WORDS TO SCOLD service.
