Wisdom job site not opening any browser kindly give some solution how to work it.

Sorry that it is much late, but I think still I can claim the amount that I had paid $ 190 to Wisdom Jobs Gulf who are based out of Hyderabad.

I have all the email conversation process and paid receipt and email confirmation from them.

And I have email communication from their executive

Some employees from wisdom named janardhan, mahesh etc, , called me to offer job in gulf countries, and taken 600 USD online .and never replied back, , , they have looted millions of rupees from unemployed indian youth and telangana cyber police handling this case but my money is returned back, ,

I am not an active user in wisdom jobs gulf. And i don't need job from these stupid fellows service. My account is debited with $210 usd without any notice through email or phone call. I cancelled the premium service from this consultancy.

Need the amount to be credited back to my account. If after 6 months any auto debit happens i will sue you people.

Such a worst behavior and what sort of professionalism these guys have!
If i see any amount is debited from account (Or) on my card in coming period i will raise a complaint against you at crimes department. My amount should get credited back in short period of time.

Wisdom jobs asked me to pay 22, 000 rupees to get a job in abroad. I have paid the same 6 months ago. But after that they blocked my contact number and still not arranged any interview. Please refund my 22, 000 rupees.

Also provide company address and proper telephone numbers.

And please report this issue to police or court and take necessary action against them so that nobody else in india should be doing this to anybody

I have been charged for golden membership without authorization at wisdomjobs gulf . My account is debited with 150$ INR 11, 117.5 today morning without any authorization I have never used any service of them. They have not send any mail notification or per approval before upgrading my account
Kindly assist me further for refund of the money

Please note that I've registered in the site to apply for a job and entered my card number and without noticing and due to misleading of the registration I didn't change the default settings which was pointed in premium plan for 6 months which cost me USD 210 and I've complained with the company for the past 1 week but they didn't come with positive feedback.

The story started when i received an offer for logistic manager with al futaim uae through wisdom jobs.
I had an interview over the phone with al futaim hr manager which was coordinated with lady working at wisdom with a name vandana.
Later on i have revived e-mail from a person with a name prathik to pay 1100 $ security process for initiating my profile and then another 1100 $ to get the offer. I have paid and nothing happened after they received the amount and they are not responding to my e-mails any more.

I have applied for some senior level jobs thru this portal. As soon as i applied, the representatives of the wisdom jobs called and collected big money from me with a promise that they would arrange for an interview within a week. However, for the past 12 months, i have been trying to reach them but all my efforts gone in vein, as the representatives never responded.

I am writing you a serious complaint regarding 210$ incorrect deduction from my account by “wisdomjobs.com” on 08-oct-2019.
The wisdom.com is an indian based company located in hyderabad, india. Regardless of a lot of information available on the website related to the career path in a different profession, but not all this information is valid or not up-to-date/fake. Therefore, it’s misleading to those who seek a job from outside the country.

The same happened with me when the website notifies me one job opening by email related to my experience, and they have deducted 1$ from my account. But, after some time i found that this job was already outdated for the 1 month ago. Therefore, i was extremely discomforted to deal further with this website. After one week 1 week without any clear notification, they have also deducted “210$ from my account to upgrade my services on the website”. Immediately i cancel this service on the website, also i send an email to [protected]@wisdomjob.com. Also the same day when i contact to website help line support so no one was responding to my calls.
As this amount is great amount for me or anyone, so i look forward to your immediate action against the website and cooperate me to return my amount.

From the wisdom website, they have deducted 210 $ from my account on 06-oct-2019 without any notification me, initially, i paid only 1 $ to apply for one job but after one week they automatically deducted 210$ from my account r without intimating me and i don't accept this before.

Kindly take the action and return the amount in my account as soon as.

Months ago i came across this website hoping it would benefit me in the long run. It seemed interesting but after payment it turned out to be fake.

They have taken money from me without my permission! I will be considering taking legal action, and going to the police.

I have written to them requesting repeatedly to cancel, yet they take my money.

Shame on them. Complete frauds.

Since last nov till feb, i was given fals e hopes and comitments for job in dubai.
For the job, i was asked to pay usd 600/- and then usd 500/- in rupee which was paid to wisdom through my sbi account.

After feb 2019, when the fraud opened out, all executives went underground and not responding at all.

I wrote to escalations for refund which was accepted an d they committed to refund by june this year.

Sorry to say, so far no payment received.

Hi,

I have been cheated with a sum of about inr: 38, 000 informing that it will be refunded and i will be appointed in lifestyle. They made a fake call to me claiming that they were from lifestyle and took my interview it’s almost 10 months iv been following up for refund there is no response and i have been treated very badly by the customer service agents.

Reply recd with commitment of refund by june last but so far nothing recd and not contactable over phone at all.

I was assured by escalation person that we should sort out the issue mutually without rfering to other authorities like police etc so i did the same expecting the refund on time.

I received a call by mr ramu gunji from this company. He claimed to have jobs in the gulf matching my profile and said that they can forward my resume to those companies provided i pay a fee for their services. I told him that i have already posted my resume on their website and if the employers are willing to hire me, they can directly contact me. But he said that my resume and details shall not be available to them until and unless i subscribe for their services. He also assured me that within a week i will start getting calls from the employers coz they will personally forward it to them. He told me that they cannnot guarantee me a job but they will constantly keep trying to get me calls from the prospective employers and based on my interview skills i can fetch a job. Ramu gunji also gave me his personal mobile number on my request so i can contact him directly in case of any assistance. I agreed to pay the amount online. (You can find a receipt as a photo proof) a week passed and two and i kept calling ramu as i did not receive any call from any employer. He kept delaying saying that they are processing my resume and it will take two weeks, then he said that their server is down and so they cannot upload my resume. Later on he said that my resume is up but the employers are not being able to view my profile. Later on he said he will talk to the it team and sort it out. Time kept passing by and he kept giving me excuses one after another until i lost my patience and i literally quarreled with him over the phone coz i had not received a single call from any employer in a span of more than three months. I was really in need of a job as i was jobless for almost a year and would do anything to fetch one. I asked him to refund my money after deducting their service charges whatsoever but he said that i must be patient and will receive a call. Later on after pushing him a lot and not receiving any calls from any employer, ramu agreed that he will refund my money but he said even that process will take some time. After that he stopped answering my calls and disappeared. The phone would keep ringing but he wouldnt answer. He had very cleverly extracted the money from me, in other words he had fooled me. I felt really helpless. I came to know about the consumer complaint and hence i am writing this. I hope that you shall be able to help.

On 28.10.2018 wisdom job took 27000 from me in pretext of providing me a job in 6 months but fail to provide me a job till date. Promise we made to refund my money in month of march from then no one is answering the mails nor any contact number is working. I have tried to contact with mr. Sumntha how promise me to provide me with refund.

My name is Abhishek Shah.
I have paid ₹ 4, 500 on 02 Jul, 2018 under the order ID DZS[protected] and I have paid ₹ 5, 500 on 11 Jul, 2018 under the order ID DZS[protected]. Wisdomjobs promised me that within 1 week they will schedule my interview with 3 Companies and will help me in securing a job as per my job profile. It was been 13 Months now and still I have not received a single call for interview nor any update from wisdomjobs. Every time when I call wisdomjobs for an update they give me false commitment.

I have tried calling end number of times on the following number Arun[protected], Lekhya[protected], Santoshi - [protected].

As per my last discussion with Lekhya (a representative from wisdom Jobs), I would request you to refund my ₹ 10, 000 (4, 500 + 5, 500) as soon as possible. I am attaching the screen shot of the payment made to wisdomjobs
