I got my offer letter in January 2022 and gave written test in October 2021

Elite phase 1 batch get onboarded. I'm waiting from past 8 months.

Please tell me the month in which I will be onboarded or get joining.

Please tell me the approx months.

I had interviewed for Wipro and had got the offer letter with the joining date on 18th August. So I left the previous company on 14th of August and was waiting to get onboarded on 18th. On the date of onboarding the recruiter told me that due to management issue they have delayed my joining date. I was communicated all this on my joining date. Since my notice period was 3 months and cause Wipro was waiting for me at that time and I had given word to them that I wont be attending other interviews and join them I didn’t do it. But I am not getting onboarded. I have bills to pay and family to take care of.
Request you to please resolve this issue.

Your issue will not get sort out here. Everyone has to take a stand to raise a voice and tweet directly to Rishad Premji by stating about extension of DOJ for exp. resources.

Yes, Arjun is right
They have postponed my DOJ also 4 times giving multiple reasons.
This should be taken to higher management now
Rishad Premji should know about this

My name is Nupur Prakash Sule and my resume number is Resume number[protected]. I have got selected in wipro for Elite phase 1. During 1st quarter they told me i will be onboard on june, July, August months. I completed my pjp with 100% still i haven't received any Update regarding my onboarding. I rejected 2 companies for wipro and now they havent sent the onboarding yet. They just reply to mail saying we will onboard according to business requirements. And now they say they will omboard and sent on boarding 2 months before and its already aug end what it means we will get on boarding in 2023. And if the business requirements doesnt take place we should wait till months or what

I am from phase1 selected in wipro 2022 and received offer letter in january and successfully completed background verification in may and received the addendum letter also. the internship which is conducted by wipro in which the duration is for 3 months i.e, april to may and received the internship certificate from the wipro. But didnt received the onboarding mail till now....

Good Morning, my ID is 1746155. I've a problem while logging in with google authenticator app. Due to some reasons I've reset my phone and lost the authenticator. So, can you please change the security settings to login directly without authentication. Therefore, I can easily login for the further things. If there is any other solution please let me know.

I have got selected in wipro for Elite phase 1. During 1st quarter they told me i will be onboard on june, July, August months. I completed my pjp with 90% still i haven't received any Update regarding my onboarding. A lot of fake news is spreading saying that onboarding is cancelled or they won't onboarding us like that. I don't know what to do. I hope i will get the solution

My resume number is 23160630. I have completed my PBL course assignments but I cannot update the completion status of assignments. The update completion status tab is not working for Inheritance, Polymorphism, Exception handling and file handling courses. It is working for all other courses. Due to this inconvenience my joining has postponed again. So I request you to please look into it as soon as possible.

Wipro has released the offer letter on May 11, 2022. Before the joining day when I have called the HR for the contact details for the onboarding then they are informing about the delay of amlost 2 months. I have served the notice period in my previous company and then about to join the Wipro they are informing that time of the DOJ postponement, and now jobless. HR told we have some budget issues so we are delaying the onboarding. Never expected this kind of response from a reputed company like Wipro. They are not even informing the employees if you are not able to onboard they should inform them. Why they are playing with employees lives and career? We have parents dependant on us . I dont have any other offer in my hand.
I hope they should onboard us ASAP.

Prior to recruiting resources HR always ask for expected salary, was you not clear on your salary part? If you was clear then why HR didnt thought about budget and all before? And how come they can roll out the offer letter when they had budget constraints. This is very unethical and unprofessional.

I Purchased Smart Plug 16A along with echo dot 4th Gen.(Combo) on 27.11.2021 from the Amazon site. The Smart Plug 16'A has stopped responding. I tried to reset the device many times but the problem still exists.

The device is within the warranty period. It needs to be replaced.

Please let me know from where it can be replaced.

I got Rescheduled Onboarding mail on 6 June 2022 but after that till time I didn't got any onboarding date.
When I tried to mail manager.[protected]@wipro.com every time they replied me as " we are in process of planning your onboarding with us, be patient and wait for further update regarding onboarding "
So please send me further updates regarding onboarding date as early as possible because I am only waiting to join Wipro.

I m basically from Middle class family
I need to do job atleast to resolve my financial problems.
I am waiting for onboarding from last 7 months they won't give date of joining till now 😞😕

Hi,

I got offer from Wipro by 24th May-22. I have accepted the offer letter and resigned from my previous organisation. My joining date in Wipro is 25-Aug 22 and they have extended to 06- Oct 22 without any intimation.

I am continuously following up with onboarding team but they are not responding. I am clueless now. I am staying in Noida with my 2 kids and wife, I am the only earning member in my family. I am very worried now.

I have completed the notice period and released from my previous organisation. Now I don’t know what to do.

I have received offer letter on March 21st. I have mailed to company many times after 1 month as there was no update after offer letter.They have sent green audit mail on 9 th may. After that I have mailed them to send joining letter as they haven't sent even after completing 1 month from the date of green audit mail. Still I haven't received any update from Wipro... If I asked the company about update, the reply came as wait for further updates.I got offer letter from other company and I rejected that offer letter to join in wipro. Let us know when will be the joining.There are so many financial crisis in my family. There are so many candidates like this. Being an MNC company, it should not do like this. If you won't give joining, why did you sent offer letter and again conducting exams for hiring. Please try to understand the condition from candidate perspective and give joining soon.
