I got offer from Wipro on 23 April 2022 with the joining date 28th of April 2022. Since i have to serve notice period for my previous company so I postponed the date of joining to 16th May 2022. Afterwards I left my previous company on 13th May 2022 by serving 1 month notice period .I was eagerly waiting to get onboarded to wipro as all my documents was uploaded and also i got the green audit mail from wipro. But Wipro did not onboarded me on 16th May 2022. But on 10th May HR contacted me and he informed like some onboarding issue ia happend so 16th onboarding process will not happened, so we are postponed to 1st june. I said ok and i accepted the addemdum letter also. After that on May 16th another HR called me and he informed like issue was resolved so please join on May 18th only, so i accepted that addemdum also. But may 18th also not onboarded and june 1st also not onboarded, But on May 18th evening some other HR she sent a mail and again DOJ was postponed to 7th July. After that i started to contact my HR he is not responded for few days. After that he told he contacted and he told some issue is happened so date was postponed to july I'll try to onboard you in june only please wait, but i didn't get any other dates to onboard. But i think atleast on July 7th I'll join. But When July 7th came on that day again HR called and informed again DOJ date was changed August 3rd. and HR informed like August 3rd is the final date again it wont change so i am waited in July month also. But on July 21st night 9:52pm again i got mail from some person again DOJ is changed to September 9th 2022, on that time only i contacted HR he told i don't know what happened I'll get the update and I'll inform you. Then i called to HR July 22nd morning he told i also don't know who changed why changed the date i am checking, So i waited for updated on July 22nd afternoon again i got mail from other person and again DOJ changed to November 11th 2022. But without intimating anything why these people changing the dates i don't know. And who is my HR i contacted him and informed again date was changed, why other persons changing the dates you are my HR right. But HR telling like i also don't know who is that persons. And now HR is telling if you don't have patience to wait means please search alternate job. Then why people release the offer to me and why you people informed like we are do the onboarding. Why you people give the fake promises. For how much time I will manage my expenses by just looking after your fake promises. Leaving job is not easy. Belonging to a middle-class family we need to take the steps very precisely but everything is getting worse day by day. If you don't have projects then why you all hired us. Atleast onboard us and provide salary and then think what needs to be done, at that time you will understand what i am filling right now.
I lost my job in my previous company and I waited till now without salary because of wipro offer only. I don't have father ok I have others dependents in my family also i have a loan which i need to repay every month. I lost everything and facing financial issues because of your offer only. You all are playing with my life and career also.I thought wipro is the one of the best MNC company in india. Now what should I do. Outside we don't have opportunities also. Without requirements why you people interviewed me and released the offer. Who will fill my loss from past 2 and half months i am sitting without job. If people not cleared this issue means I'll start to fight legally, I'll lodge complaint in police station and I'll put the case on wipro, i won't leave you people. Please suggest me what should I do now.
