Hi,

I, Arka Banerjee ( Emp ID:- 585245 ) am an ex-employee of Wipro BPO Kolkata ( EPF Member ID :- DSNHP/23719/114055 ). My date of release from the orgainisation was 23rd October, 2011. Hence a UAN number was never created for me at that point for my pf account. My accumulated savings still lay unclaimed which I would like to withdraw now.

I am presently unemployed and not attacheded with any organisation and have been trying to withdraw my accumulated PF savings of my tenure with WIPRO for months now. Would appreciate if someone guides me the detailed process to do so. I have furnished some of the relevant details below and a prompt informative response would be highly appreciated. The reasoon i am complaining is because all the people at wipro aren't simply bothered by myy plea and they are either unnresponsive or keep saying to contact others. I have been running from pillar to post
for months now with no good effect. They sem to be not bothered at all. Hence i am lodging this complaint to get asiistance on withdrawal of my provident1 fund accumulated sum and hope someone will provide concrete assistance.

Wipro is my first company and the UAN created had my PF amount transferred to my other employer. As per process, once the PF amount has been transferred, the UAN has to be deactivated.
My other employer (VWR) created a new UAN and the transferring process happened offline. Now I'm using the UAN created my VWR company and it has got 3 PF member accounts.
I'm facing issues in pf claim and withdrawal as I have two UAN accounts now.
I've requested Wipro to deactivate the UAN created by them, since the amount has already got transferred. But the team is not deactivating.
As per process, once the PF amount is transferred to another PF account, the initial UAN has to be deactivated. Could you please help in deactivating my UAN number created by Wipro.

Management forcing to work extra daily for 1 or 2 hours 10.5hrs to 11hrs sometime it cross to 11 hours without break and they are putting that much pressure so we used to not take breaks and continually working to complete over flow task. even after next shift engineer are coming in shift.

for break also max 30min allowed how can a person came from break in 30min.

everyday asking for productivity even to newly joined employee who started working in shift from 15 days only.

no proper training are given what kind or work will be there and even shift timeing was not declaired at the time of interview by HR.

even no Week off on every sat & sunday.

we have family and most of occasion function are arranged on Sunday only and management strictly not allowed to get off on weekends.

daily max 9.5 hour shift with min 45-50min break should be allowed

alternative Sat sunday should be off as rotational shift some time we can work and sometime need off on Weekends too and there is an Life before ane after Company work.

In the month of May2022 I wrote my assessment and got selected for next round and i cleared everything for which I had recieved a acceptance offer letter. I was then pursuing my final year BCOM but recently only i completed my 6th semester exams . Now when i mailed my global manager He says that I am not being part of the team as i m not selected. Also says that i can do my part on complaining this on forums .
I need either a compensation or a job for this type of behavior from wipro . Manager says that there is no vacancy as of now to hire me . But then why did they select me earlier??

I have submitted my asset too, but it has been a week I didn't got any single communication from Wipro regarding alumni registration, bond amount and reliving letter. I am missed my onboarding scheduled on April 11th because I have a Semester exams in that time. As of now the revised joining date is not came to me and I want to join in the company immediately in the next batch. So please accept my request to join in the company.I want to join in the next batch.

My name is Bhanu and I have selected in the month of oct 2021 I got my offer in jan 2022.I completed my Semister exams in the Month of June till now i have not received any mail regarding my onboarding details. Being a fresher it is not worth to wait for almost 5 months please resolve my problem as early as possible.

I am Vailala Gnyan Varun. I have completed my final semester exams on August 1, 2022.Before the schedule of my final semester examinations, my onboarding was scheduled on June 13, 2022.I have also completed the filling of joining forms in the onboarding embark section. Actually, I have missed my onboarding due to the reason that my final semester exams were scheduled. I have applied for postponement on that day itself. I have received the response that my application for postponement was successful. I have been waiting for my onboarding since one month and also the "Onboarding embark" section doesn't work. My only request is to schedule my onboarding as early as possible.

Unable to login to Wipro alumni portal

I have registered to the link provided by the Wipro via Email and when I'm trying to login it is redirecting to the sign up page. I need my experience letter and salary slips. I tried reaching the Wipro team but still couldn't find any luck. I would appreciate your help on this issue.

I have a problem with update complection status is not working for some topics in PJP, those topics and inheritance, polymorphism, exception handling and file handling topics, I am updating many times, but those are not updated.

My name is sravya (LDAP:MAVULURI, EMPID:[protected]. My last working day in Wipro is june 5th 2021 and I submitted my all assets in august 2nd 2021 . it has been more then one year till now I didn't get an experience letter and Relieving letters and not able to open Alumni portal.

I purchase this in next month from Amazon site but after few days it not work properly not burn it seems that it was internally damaged

Sir I purchased a led bulb 26 watt my product is in warranty I register my complain for replacement on 20/09/2022 three times I remind your customer service but my problem is not address till date that's why I wrote you this mail I hope you resolve my problem as soon as possible.
