My Complaint is not resolved it showing resolved

This email is in reference to my joining that was on 4th July 2022.
My Resume Number is 24149121. I have been doing multiple follow ups since last week and haven't received any response yet.
It's almost a week since my joining was supposed to happen. I'm not receiving any concrete answers from you or anyone else regarding my joining.

    I got an offer from Wipro with joining date 4-July-2022..My last working day with previous employer is 2nd Jjuly-22 and I got mail from Wipro portal about the DOJ where they mentioned tThe positions are in hold as of now, without any prior information after that we mailed to HR on daily basis but no reply from HR

    My Resume Number is 24149121. I have been doing multiple follow ups since last week and haven't received any response yet.
    It's almost a week since my joining was supposed to happen. I'm not receiving any concrete answers from you or anyone else regarding my joining.

      Could please expedite this process and get my joining done or let me know if anything is pending from my end for the joining.
      I hope you understand my concern and get back to me as soon as possible. It's really taking a toll on me as I have been waiting for almost a week now.
      I had the proper offer letter in hand from Wipro with joining on 4th July 2022. I have already served the notice period in my prior organization.
      it should have been informed prior to my joining date and not after that.
      I have sent may email and phone call but HR have not responding. This shouldn't be done by a big well cultured organization like Wipro.
      Please do the needful.

          Dear Wipro Team,

          I got selected for the position of Software Engineer in the month of April 13th 2022 and HR told like date of joining is May 18th 2022. But still they didn't release anything. After number of times I tried to HR he is saying like we have some portal issue.(Not confirming anything).

          Believing HR words and have interest to joining in Wipro I rejected other company offer's. Due to all of these I am unemployed now from May month and not expected this much delay from Wipro.

          Please understood my situation and help me on this.

          Currently Not only me above 750 people are facing same issue from the Top MNC Wipro. So, I am withdrawing my complaint as resolved because no one going to see this and resolve our issue i hope.

              I am unable to login to PBL app since 12 july. It's only loading the login page but not opening. Please look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest since we have to complete it by this month.

The last mail I got on 25 Feb 2022 which mentioned that ur on boarding will be on 1st March 2022.                                     I exited the company during covid-19 and I have been mailing them for my final settlement but there isn't any response from them. I tried raising ticket in alumni portal but they just asked me to mail the final settlement team which I have been doing it since long time now. I cannot wait more than this to get my final settlement.
