Error in filling the embark form for background verification

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Resume Number: 24209226

I got Selected in the Wipro ELITE NTH 2022. I got mail from campus HR team from wipro to upload documents for background verification.

I have filled my personal details in the embark portal. I have got zero number i.e; (0) auto filled in Mobile number column as default so, I couldn't edit it.
It particularly shows the error under mobile number column...

Hi team,

My name is Aishwarya Sharda, Emp ID 20211737, LDAP aisharda. Process : KRT1

As you already know, I report to Tilak, Gurvinder and Ankit in mywipro, and directly to Gruvinder. I would like to highlight some challenges I have been facing in my new movement.

Previously I was working with AMS BAU and I was moved from there along with those who were left in isolation with no work. I was moved by being told that there is new business, new pilot process and we need PL's there hence you have better opportunity as its a very crucial process and we will have new hires also.

I asked a couple of questions as to why all of a sudden this is necessary for me, especially when i was already sitting without work for 6 months, and only 1 month has passed that i now have started working efficiently, and learning the process. Why not pick more stable, learned and seasoned resources/ PLs for the new crucial project. Nevertheless, thinking that my boss Ankit and Gurvinder have something better planned for me, I respected the move and got aligned in the KTR 1 process.

After a month of training and being certified and having cleared training, in this only 4 FTE process, we have now moved to Hypercare with no sign of it being a pilot batch, or new hires to join.
Ever since the 18th of April, which was the last day of our training, I have been placed in isolation, and given absolutely no tickets to audit. Upon asking why, amongst 2 PL's, 5 each /7 each ticket were to be shared as told initially, then why all tickets are being handled by Anil and not me. Gurvinder said, we dont have volume and whenever there will be a requirement we will ask you to work. As of now we don't have a requirement. However, HRC's are pressed to write back to back tickets, not to take leaves, and Anil audits more than 15 to 16 tickets on a daily basis.
He is also a part of the SME meetings, Gurvinder, Raj and Mansi have special team meetings for the PL calibration and ticket scenario discussions, in which i am never a part of, sharing the same designation as Anil Yadav. Yet special preferences and authority is given to him only.

Not only this, Gurvinder ensures, I am hardly getting any work, or to be more factual, I am getting no work at all. Initially, I did 2-4 audits ( extremely rare, happened in the first week of hypercare, then I got emails, for delay in action, no form submitted, feedback in the form of incident noting on emails, having missed on something or the other, etc.)
We have been extending our shift on a regular basis, and have been asked to do so, which is fine, only if work is pending. However, I am sitting idle for 9.5 hrs. When I asked him why I am not a part of the team meetings in which Anil and SME, Mansi sit and do ticket analysis, he evades my questions, ignores me, and never has me in the meetings which he has with the team. Mansi, Anil and Gurvinder always sit in a different meeting link, instead of sitting with the team. Gurvinder, Raj, Mansi and Anil sit separately in another meeting link to discuss tickets but not me ( Anil and I are PLs)

Whenever we ask where Anil is, he instantly, magically comes into the meeting, as if someone had asked him to go otherwise it will be noticed. Mansi was on leave for a few days, yet she would come and give ALL the information about how to work on tickets to Anil and he would then tell the team how to work. and when we, or I raise a concern, she easily says, in a meeting with Gurvinder, and Anil as witnesses, that she was on leave.

You may cross question the KRT1 process members for checking all what i am saying. Humble request, please make it a Skip meeting at least as i have some hope in Wipro and would like to believe that ops and hr do not work in tangent when an employee raises HR issues because i do have reason to believe, in the past when same was shared with Fouzia and Monika, i got an email from Fouzia, asking me to explain my troubles keeping my managers in CC. I mean, Why would you do that, right?

I have been very focused and punctual, and taken no leaves or have any hygiene issues, yet I am treated like an outcast in the team. I also noticed that when I was filling out my appraisal form, there was auto percentage input in my performance, which was never discussed nor the parameters were shared with us.

I am constantly feeling like a security guard sitting in the night shift and doing nothing. When I beg for work, then some or the other issue is deliberately made to make me feel condescending and useless.

I strongly feel discriminated against, and mentally harassed in the name of opportunity and new process. This is weakening my confidence, morale and inviting self doubt about my knowledge and work experience of 14 years at a level 7 band. If the organization feels ashamed of hiring someone, People in the process have been spreading rumors that I will soon be kicked out.

I request an immediate response and action on this matter.

      I have accepted offer from Wipro and my joining is on the 25th of April 2022. For over a month I have been trying to submit my joining formalities so I can have a seamless onboarding but this hasn't been happening.

      Though raised multiple incidents and enquires there hasnt been any progress.

          Not able to open link for background verification as iCIMS portal of is not working.
          for the Onboarding Embark Process Whenever i trying to login to portal since last 1 month i am getting the error :- Error: You do not have permission to access the requested iForm. This may occur if you have already completed this iForm or if the token has expired or the name has been changed.
          I am able to login to the portal using https://careers-wipro.icims.com/ using same email but whenever i going to iforms and click on Verification or Onboarding embark i get a new window with an error message.
          Kindly send me the link ASAP.

              I have registered with wipro alumni portal. But whenever I am trying to log in I am getting sign up option and after submitting the details getting an error stating " You are already registered ". Need to download my payslips immediately.

                        Hello,

                        I would like to raise a complaint regarding wipro alumni portal. I am an ex-employee emp id 20052250and left wipro in March 2022.

                        am stuck, i need the fnf slip and other details so that i can submit in my current organization, i tried calling the hr but as usual they do not pick up the phone.

                        Also followningup with finalsettement.hrss as well but no use, Very neglect and irresponsible.

                          Hi My employee ID is 20233110 and I worked with Wipro Hyderabad Branch.
                          I have been waiting for my Full & Final settlement or Service letter since more than 95 days. My last day in wipro is on 10th January 2022 and today is 18th April 2022.
                          I have been sending mails since 2 months and no one is bothered to reply. Wipro has a policy of 45 days to settle everything to employee. But till now there is no response. I would say irresponsibility is the major reason for the delay in settlement. Still I am not getting any response to my mail and here I am writing mails like an ### every week. I can say that Wipro is by far most worst company I have ever worked with in my entire 14 years of IT career.
                          Not sure how to move forward and thinking of going legally thru court filing a cheating case against Wipro.

                            I got Selected in the Wipro NLTH and was asked to complete the Background verification but i am unable to update the default phone number, I am unable to process to next step as it says to fill the mandatory fields on the mobile number tab even though the mobile number is already registered so I request you to correct the issue so I can complete my Background Verification.

                              Hi Nagaraju, I worked in Wipro HYderabad branch and my last day in wipro was 10th Jan 2022 and I still id not get any update on FNF or service letter.                                   I have accepted letter of authorization (in declaration) on 16 April 2022 and have been facing this issue.

                                  I kindly request you to look into this matter, if possible edit my mobile number in mobile number column and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
