Not able to change dob in bgv process on wipro embark

Website: wipro embark

My resume number is 24166613. I am unable to change my date of birth while uploading document for background verification on wipro embark in personal detail section. My date of birth is 25 MARCH 2001 but by-default it is coming 1 jan 1990 and I am trying to change that but it is not changing. Please look into that issue and solve ASAP.
My last date to complete bgv is near . so kindly look into that issue....

      We need Glucovita bolts orange flavour 360 grams jar total 620 jars for reselling purpose. We had called wipro Bangalore office on 08th April 2022 & asked glucovita product distributor contact number but they told us to submit a request on www.wiproconsumercare.com contact us form & they will respond in 48 hours. We had submitted a request in contact us form on www.wiproconsumercare.com on 08th April 2022 but there was no response till 11th April so again we had submitted request with a hope that we will get a response from wipro but still there is no response. We had provided our mail id [protected]@gmail.com & mobile number [protected] also on request form but there is no response neither on mail nor on number. Please check the availability of stock & provide us the distributor contact number for Glucovita.
      Wipro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      There is no response from wipro customer care service also even after giving complaint regarding the requirement of glucovita. After submitting the requirement request on www.wiproconsumercare.com almost 20 days have passed. Wipro not expected this from such reputed company.

        My resume number is 23158328. I have already uploaded my documents on embark portal. But I am still receiving mails that I have not uploaded documents and the audit process is not done. When I try to re-upload the documents, the portal doesnt allow me to edit. The deadline is near. Kindly help me resolving it.

            I am not able to save and next in my BGV because my mobile number field is not working even if the mobile number is correct in the personal profile but it is showing as incorrect.
            Gender option is also not working so I'm not able to move forward.

              Unable to open link for OFFER LETTER as iCIMS portal is not woking. Kindly retrigger the link ASAP.
              When i try to login to portal i get an error :- Error: You do not have permission to access the requested iForm. This may occur if you have already completed this iForm or if the token has expired.
              I am able to login to the portal using https://careers-wipro.icims.com/ using same email but when i go to iforms and there is no offer letter

                  I successfully registered to the alumni portal. When I click on the sign-in button and MF authentication is also successful, it is redirecting me to signup page i.e verification page to enter (Employee ID, Relieving Year and Relieving Month).
                  After entering the details it shows up this message: You are already a registered user. Please Sign In to proceed.

                          Not able to edit my phone number on Embark portal

                          Sir/madam,
                          I got Selected in the Wipro ELITE second phase and was asked to complete the Background verification but I am unable to update the default phone number. It says to fill the mandatory fields on the mobile number tab even though the mobile number is already registered but the error was country code is added i.e (+91-), so I request you to correct the issue so I can complete my Background Verification.

                              Hi Team,

                              My name is Sukrati Vats, My Working location was Bangalore, Employee Id is 40035191
                              My Last Working Date (LWD) was 21stJan'2022 & 45 days TAT is also crossed.

                              It's been more than 2.5 months of separation from Wipro. But I haven't received my full and final settlement amount and the relieving letter. Even after contacting multiple times over phone and dropping multiple mails there is no revert from the Wipro's FNF team. I have fulfilled all the formalities and submitted all the approvals required from my end. My New organization is following up with me and asking me to upload my RL.

                              Also I am not able to access alumni.wipro.com portal (Alumni Portal) so that I could see my status.

                              I am requesting you to take up my case and clear my dues ASAP.

I have received a mail from wipro for the background verification on March 31st, 2022 but when i was filling my mobile number it was showing that please enter your mobile number but the mobile number is already had . I don't know that why i am getting that problem and i am unable to edit it. During this i'm not able to move to another step and when i uploaded my pan card it was switching to the other documents. I request you to please resolve this issue so that i can complete my background verification.
