I was wokring with Wipro Kolkata for 8.5 years and left on 6th January 2022. As per company policy I should receive the FNF amount within 45 days. However its been 65 days now still amount is not creditted. I have been continously following up in the emails but no one seems to be interested in setteling the dues of an ex employee. I have tried all escalations however no one is responding to confirm. When my current employer sent a verification wipro stated that I am still an active employee because of which my BGV became negative. I have recieved the Release letter which states that my dues are clear however in Wipro alluminicircle website they ask me to clear the Dues to download the letter. I have reached to the HRBP however no one is doing anything to resolve the issue.

Anyone please suggest what needs to be done.

      BGV Percentage issue

      I am Maaz, I got mail regarding calculation of 12th aggregate percentage.

      There is misunderstanding while calculating my 12th Board aggregate percentage.
      The BGV Team have calculated my 12th board Percentage considering the Six (6) Subject but this is not the way of calculating percentage as per my CBSE Board Provision.

        BGV rejection

        Address: KOLKATA,WESTBENGAL.

        I got 61% in 12th WBCHSE board, which was taken from best of 5 subjects, as per the rules of WBCHSE GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL, I my result I got 307 MAKRS OUT OF 500 (Best of 5 subjects).
        But In Wipro BGV process they reject me For Total Mark's in my result is not above of 60%. (350 out off 600 for total 6 subject)
        But in my result I got 60% then why wipro calculate aggregate marks percentage.

        Hello, I am Abhishek Sharma .My problem is that whenever i try to upload documents on the portal it shows an error with popup "please enter mandatory details" denoting towards mobile number filed . My mobile number is already filled on the portal and it is correct also . I am not also able to fill my gender too.
        My correct mobile number is [protected]. My second problem is that i have responded to internship survey mail but didn't get any updates after that and i want to do internship. kindly help me and resolve my problem .I am attaching a snapshot of the error for your reference.

          Hi i'm murgan sagar i live in hyderabad india, Recently resigned with wipro (employee code[protected] on feb 5th 2022 . in the month of jan 2022 due to quantum period every one in wipro faced issue to raise attendence on time. wipro has credited 28% salary on jan month 2022, As they promised jan month pending salary will credit on ua F&F final settlement . my jan salary is not credited on final settlement Aroundly 20 mails i mailed & 6 helpline tickets i raised regarding my issue of jan month pending salary no response from them. Even i contacted my concern HR & TL not giving any clarification regarding my issue . pls kindly help us regarding my issue

          Hi,
          This is Anandhan Ganesan employee ID 20331207 my last working day in Wipro was on[protected]. I got full and final settlement but March 2022 my salary has not been included in the full and final settlement. N number of times I had sent emails to Wipro full and final settlement team and I raised tickets to resolve this issue in their Alumni portal I have not yet received response from them.

          I worked various Big MNC I had never ever faced such problems.

            Emp id 20062838 . I did not receive any of my relieving and final settlement from wipro technologies . It is mandatory for current organization to pass BG verification and it is almost close to 60 days .I have submitted my assest and nothing is pending . Pls resolve this ASAP as it affects my carrier when BG fails . I am not able to receive any response from HRSS too for the emails .

            Hope this concern is understood and help me out .

              Hi,

              I am an Ex- employee of wipro. I left the job in the month of Aug 19.

              The payslips for the year[protected] are not available in the alumni portal. Along with this, for the year[protected] all the months payslips are not available as well.

              My basic requirement was to get the payslip for the month of Jan and Dec for each year starting 2010 until 2018 but neither it is available in alumni portal nor final settlement team is responding to my request over email.
              kindly revert back asap because this is very urgent.

                    It’s been a 2 and a half months since I left wipro still there is no status regarding FNF. and I am not able to see status as I am not able to login into Alumni portal

                          My employee id was 391256, my pf amount not got transferred to current company even after 1 year. I can see only service has been transferred to current company, even i cannot see pf passbook of this on epf portal due to trust, and observed that yet no pf amount transferred yet.

                          Even my old pf amount have got transferred to wipro pf account as per old company passbook.

                          Have send bunch of mails to finalsettlement. [protected]@wipro.com & alumnipf.[protected]@wipro.com, but getting only system generated email from them
                          Thank you for reaching us. We shall respond to you within 48 working hours.

                          Meanwhile, please go through the below guidelines and the attached faqs to understand the settlement process.

                          Not sure what process they needed from me.

Due to the intervewer not comming, i unable to reshudlue my interview.. I am so much time wait for interview lobby but was not interviewer not commed. .
