Problem in background verification, date of birth and name are not changing

Hi All,

After numerous communications and clarifications provided our case still halts on the below two points. We request you to kindly go through the documents, you will find all your requested details in the documents provided by the treating doctor.

Detail case history of patient having previous consultation notes with details of previous clinical findings, history treatment details from time of first diagnosis-duration of HTN i(in report submitted )
Details of Ailment /duration of HTN from treating doctor, need DSA report dated 12/08 and DSA reports post coiling(reason mentioned in report submitted)

I have provided the detailed summary for all three hospitals we have taken the patient to in the entire period of the ailment i.e. July-August chronologically East Delhi Medical Center, Safdarjung Hospital and AIIMS Hospital. Please check the documents attached. The patient has no other past history of any ailments
Now, As far as the DSA reports are concerned. The one on 12/08 is mentioned in the detailed summary
As per the attached documents you can see that it is clearly stated by the diagnosed and treating doctor that the patient has no previous history of HTN or Acom Aneurysm
As far as the DSA report is concerned, It is clearly mentioned in the discharge summary about the DSA report and why there has been no DSA done post Coiling. Attached documents state the same.

    It's been more than 2 month, I raised complaint regarding FNF settlement. I dropped multiple times mail regarding same to final settlement team and raised multiple tickets.

    No response from any teams.
    Wipro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Wipro final settlement team didn't fully credit my salary as stated in final settlement.
    This is what they call spirit of wipro.

        Hi Team, I joined Wipro under BOAT Programs on 11 january 2021, and my Last working day was 11 january 2022.I have served my notice period and I don't have any company assests. It's been two months I didn't get my relieving letter. I mailed serveral times to Wipro but I didn't get any response.

              I got my background link In my embark portal I am uploading my PAN Card in the PAN Card section but later on it is showing in the other documents section. Can you please suggest me some ways what is the problem and how to solve it?

                  Kindly provide my Relieving letter as soon as possible so I can show to my organisation.
                  Only 1 week left I will not submit my relieving letter to my current organization, so I will get fired.

                    Hi team my Resume No[protected], I had selected for project engineer role in Wipro but for next process I have to upload my documents in Wipro portal, I am trying to upload my documents since two weeks but due to wipro portal issue I am not able to upload my documents. Only 3 days left to upload my documents .I have mailed several times to manager.[protected]@wipro.com but still my issues did not resolved yet.Kindly do needful so I can upload my documents for background verification.

                      I worked with Wipro HR Services, Noida, Uttar Pradesh as an intern from 23rd August 2021 till 22nd November 2021. At the last day of my work, I have surrendered all the wipro assets and ID card and I was told that I will receive my November month 22 days salary after 45 days in the month of January but now the March month has been started and till now I have not received my salary. I have also tried contacting my manager, HR and even I have droped so many mails on finalsettlement.[protected]@wipro.com but still no reply from there side.
                      I hope I will get some help.

                                  Final Settlement amount debited on Parental Insurance

                                  Hi Team,

                                  As per Wipro policy (Attached screenshot), Parental insurance needs to be paid through Final settlement only if the employee Partially \ Fully claims the insurance during the service period.

                                  Else only till the last day of the relieving month should be paid and remaining needs to be paid back to the employee.

                                  But I received a Final settlement and the Parental insurance for the complete...
