        Hi,

        My last working day in Wipro was on Feb 1st, 2022. I am trying to get my final settlement, along with my relieving letter, pay slips of Dec and Jan and also form 16 from the company. I sent plenty of emails to HRSS final settlement team and also raised ticket with them. Neither the ticket was worked on nor I did get any update regarding this. I called helpdesk several times and waited for at least 30-40 mins to get connected to helpdesk and still didn't get any update on my final settlement. I am still showing active in Wipro for which my next organization is not able to complete my BGV. My manager and HR manager both were not able to solve this issue. I am helpless and don't know what else to do.

                Hello, my name is Manish Kumar. I gave the interview in wipro technologies on 25nd jan 2022 for Analyst Programmer profile and was selected. Later the wipro's recruitment team asked for all my degrees & certificates, previous employment service and relieving letters, pan card, passport, aadhar card, bank statements saying that once i share all these documents within 15 days offer letter will be sent. And now it's been almost a month. I haven't received the offer letter either any confirmation from them. When i called and mailed them but they don't give any reply.

                People am contacting from wipro recruitment team and i think they are from wipro chennai,

                I want a strict action to be taken against them and offer letter should be released coz i've shared all my confidential documents with them that they can create a duplicate identity with these confidential details.

                They should understand the value of the degrees, certificates, id proofs, bank statements we share. Coz all that they are doing is fooling people by calling them for an interview just to create a hoax in the market that wipro is hiring so many professional every weekend drive. However, the truth is they conduct interview every weekend but don't give offer letter to anyone just takes up their confidential information and that's all.

                Am really shocked to see that a big i. T mnc like wipro is fooling with these false/fake interviews and have a serious concern that what exactly they are doing with all these confidential documents and information they take from people who are selected.

                      I was servicing my notice period with wipro, my last date is suppose to be 26th Feb 2022. Earlier on date 08th Feb 2022 i received and retention and compensation offer of 2 Lakhs and CTC with 2 Lakhs hike, I agreed to offer and cancelled all other scheduled interviews as HR already was informed that i don't have any other offers from other organization. Further i followed up with HR but he was not responsive, on date 22nd Feb 2022 i put the case over mail and asked him for bonus status and resignation withdrawal, HR denied for offer and asked to continue without offer. Today is my last working day i have no job, , , , , who is responsible??? NO managers and Sr, Manager could help...

                      I have teams chat screenshot where HR offered me and i agreed.

                          I cant able to upload my EDUCATIONAL details in embark portal athough i had uploaded my B.Tech, Diploma and ssc details in that it is again and again asking to upload my 10th and 12th details.and also my dob which is prefilled in personal details of wipro embark portal is also mentioned wrong as my correct DOB is 02nd september[protected].please sort this problem ASAP.i had mailed to managers.[protected]@wipro.com several times i dont get any response from them. i even cant able to upload my query in campus hekpdesk aswell, as it is showing maximun number of people had filled this form.please sort this problem out

                                    This is my Second Complaint I am raising against Wipro ( as Previous complaint was REMOVED from this PORTAL) so took SCREENSHOT of this complaint !!!

                                    F&F - WIPRO has Deducted "Basic" & "HRA" amount for JAN 2022 though I served Notice Period until FEB 6th. Emp ID : 20073998. also they did not include Feb 6 days Salary as well.

                                    they did the same to me, served the notice period but the final settlement document shows "Notice Period recovery" for around 2 months salary. Please let me know when you go to court will join you.
