I recently resigned from wipro on jan 8 its almost one month i didnt get any relieving letter or final settlement amount i tried reaching hr and final settlement hrss team but no one responding towards that.
Wipro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    As i have relived on Jan 7 2022 from Wipro from that i have submitted all the Wipro assets but still i didn't received my final settlement and reliving letter, when i check in the alumni portal it shows hardware pending even though i submitted all assets and i raised ticket but i did not get any response and now the site is down so its almost one month but no response or anything from Wipro so i need to help to clear the issue ASAP

        I am Soumya Ranjana Sahoo, I joined wipro as an pharmacovigilance Associate on June 30 2021.But Later due to covid I got hospitalized and unable to work and got released from company.

        But till now it's already been 6 month, but I didn't receive my final settlement and paid for the days I worked for the company. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

            My Employee ID Was 40039568

            I was a WASE student 2 yr experience in wipro.
            And I needed to drop the plan in between and done all the formalities.

            Since I am a wase student I am not able to access Alumini portal.

            Continuously following up with team and Not getting any update from FinalSettlement team or HR team .

            I am in a dead line to submit my year gap in current organization .

            Please help .

              Not received Wipro Alumni portal access

              I resigned wipro on 31st jan2022 but still i havent received wipro alumni portal access and not sure where to know the no due status and resignation letter, etc. I have emailed finalsettlement team multiple times but there is no response....

              Unable to open and accept the offer letter

              Unable to open link for OFFER LETTER as iCIMS portal is not woking. Kindly retrigger the link ASAP.
              When i try to login to portal i get an error :- Error: You do not have permission to access the requested iForm. This may occur if you have already completed this iForm or if the token has expired.
              I am able to login to the portal using https://careers-wipro.icims.com/ using same email but when i go to iforms and there is no offer...

              Hi all,

              This has been a worst experience that i have faced.
              I am not receiving my relieving letter or experience letter.
              I am not receiving my FNF settlement amount not even the settlement status.
              I am unable to access documents on the alumni portal because their webpage is stuck.
              The offboarding team is not replying to my emails and when they are replying they are kicking my issue from one team...

              I am facing problem to move from personal information to education during documents upload because the default mobile number has been written with the country code and the system showing itself error when clicking on save and next button.
              Please fix the system problem so that we can upload documents as soon as possible.

                    Full and final settlement not received

                      Alumni portal credentials and Payslip request

                      My Employee ID: 40031749. I have left Wipro in 2019. And, I received my testimonial letter but I don't have a payslip for the last three months with me.

                      I have tried many ways to connect with Wipro. I don't have access credentials to the alumni portal either.

                      Please let me know a way to get the documents.

                      I am in need of it in a very short span....

                          It’s been a 15 days my joining date keeps on changing and no one responded me about exact joining date.

                          I have resigned from my last organisation based on the offer wipro offered but after accepting wipro offer my joining date is keeps on changing which shows gaps in my career.

                            I resigned from Wipro on 5 Nov'21 and completed all assets submission. Till date I have not been provided with a FnF letter, e-mail and no one responds to my appeal for gratuity as I worked there for 10 years. No HR person did any kind of exit interview or share any details on how I may contact then in case I require assistance. They only sent me an email stating their systems are down and have not given me any information. It is pathetic that an IT company cannot fix their systems for more than 2 months. I need my pf and gratuity to get treatment for partial loss of vision (irony is I had to quit for same reason) so that I can once again seek employment in a company that cares for its employees.
                            When I attempt calling numbers listed on the internet[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. All these numbers are either not in service or network lines are always busy and I have tried to call them for several hours on different days. I never imagined that a reputed company would behave in such manner with its tenured employee.
