I received an email which says "Thank you for accepting Consent letter/s in Embark. However, you’ve not completed your profile yet. Please complete your profile at the earliest to continue with the next steps in the hiring process."

It also provides a link for me to login into the portal, but I'm unable to do so.

I want to reset my password, but the "forgot password" option fails to send me a reset link to my registered email address or takes too much time that the link itself expires.
Same case with my registered mobile number.

I hope you would look into this matter as I'm not able to proceed with my hiring process.

BGV link isn't working. Upon clicking on "Fill more details" the page redirects to a page that isn't working and two birds appear on the screen with the message"Sorry the page requested is not found."

I've been selected in Wipro wilp through Campus Placement, even I have completed my background verification and I received the notification of completed background verification but now I'm facing problem (My login access has been restricted on this link) and don't no what to do. So, please help me in this issue.

I have to upload my candidate background verification details in my candidate desktop before the last date. Though i can log on to my candidate desktop the candidate background verification tab is not loading. Its just showing that "the page you're trying to view is not available". Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. The last date for uploading all documents is January 15th 2022.

I had received an update to upload background verification documents. But now it is showing an error and I am unable to upload the documents, also there is no option to regenerate the BGV link. Kindly please solve the problem as early as possible.
