Auto Generated Date of Birth in Background Check is incorrect

I have to complete Background Verification process on iCIMS candidate desktop. But in the Personal Details tab, the auto generated Date of Birth is incorrect (1 November 1999) and I am unable to edit it. My Correct Date of Birth is 11 January 1999 Please help me update my details.

My name is Ashish Jangid [ Resume number 23159658] I accepted Letter Of Intent provided by Wipro and asked to upload documents for background verification by an email received on the date of 25 November 2021 and while doing that process I was getting an error in the personal details as it was showing my Date-of-birth as 09 July 2000 which is wrong. My correct date of birth is 07 September 2000. I can not edit it because the calendar tab near it is locked. I haven't proceed from now and am not able to submit the form. the deadline for the document submission is 15 December 2021 (20 days from the reception of the email.) kindly rectify all the wrong details as there might be other mistakes also in auto fill . I am providing all of my details which you should double check and rectify.
