I have been selected in wipro . I was asked to do the background verification, However as soon as I click the button to fill in more profile details to upload my documents I get the following message that the page is not found or server error in application. I have tried with different browsers and cleared the cache but still get the same error.
I also tried contacting the manager but got no response
I have also attached a screenshot of the same for your reference.
Kindly please help me out with this.

After login, Background Verification--Fill more profile details, after clicking FILL MORE PROFILE DETAILS tab, the next page is always showing an error, so I can't able to submit any documents

After login, while filling document verification process after clicking on fill more details I was not able to go foreward it's showing An error occured, please clear cache. Even after clearing the cache I getting same response.

On 5nov i got a text message for the interview which is scheduled on 7nov (11;00am - 12:00pm ).
and when i opened the superset login account there its showing the details that your interview was on 6nov(22:30-23:00), please resolve this sir and allot me a new time slot so that i can fit in an interview slot.

Sir/Madam my name is Anirudh, I got email to complete my background verification. But after login into my dashboard and following this steps(Background Verfication-Fill more profile Details) after this steps I am getting error message like this "Sorry, the page you requested was not found".
I have attached error screenshots below sir/madam. Please solve this error and help me to complete my background verification.

Regarding the issue to fill in details for Background check verification I'm not able to access the login credentials with my login details, it was giving me a message of invalid login or password. I've attached an image as well for the reference, please solve the issue as soon as possible.

Whenever I click the link which given for background verification, it showing like "sorry page you requested was not found". I have only two days for the deadline, how do I submit my certificates. please provide a proper link .

I have to upload my candidate background verification details in my candidate dashboard before the last date[protected]. Though i can log on to my candidate desktop the candidate background verification tab is not loading. Its just showing that "Sorry, the page you requested was not found". Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. The last date for uploading all documents is November 15 2021.I request you to resolve this issue ASAP by activating my background verification portal link.

Hi my name is Naveen Kumar, recently I got selected for wipro as Quality Analyst. All the required documents provided even Drug check also done finally they released offer with joing date 29th Oct 2021 . On the joining date Tamanna named person who rarely co ordinate with candidate is from wipro called me and informed that i need to provide some documents otherwise offer will be cancelled.
It's already late I have left my previous employment due to wipro offer and it's Tamanna's respresponsibility to ensure all the documents is correct before releasing the offer. Now I lost my previous job and unable to join wipro as they cancelled offer. This Tamanna named person who rarely coordinate with candidate is very irresponsible, neglecting and carrier destroyer.

Please take necessary action against her so that It will never happen to anyone like happened to me, Because our carriers will destroy cause of Tamanna like people.

Actually I entered wrong date of birth by mistake while applying for wipro and now when i am in background verification step i can observe my wrong date of birth but there is no option to change it. kindly help
