Greetings of the day,
I am Lavanya Chittala, with resume id:22017760.As I have the issue I faced for attending the interview on 8th Nov .I have interview at 11:15 A.M but I have waited till 2 P.M, but no one showed up .I wanted to know is there any chance of rescheduling the interview .If there is any chance please let me know.

    Respected Madam/Sir,

    I am Renuka Pande, resume number 23047981 accepted the Letter Of Intent provided by Wipro and asked to upload documents for background verification. While doing that process I was getting an error in the personal details as it was showing my Date-of-birth[protected] which is not the actual date of birth and it is not being modified also. The drop-down from the calendar icon is also not appearing and hence I am unable to change it. Due to this error, I am unable to proceed to further steps to complete my background verification process. So, I am requesting you to help me to change the data in Date-of-birth so that I can proceed to the next step.

While clicking on "Fill more profile details" option in "Background Verification", a new page is displayed mentioning "Sorry, the page you requested was not found". Kindly resolve the problem as early as possible since the deadline is very close.

                                        I have worked with wipro between 2010 and 2019. I am planning to apply for an australian pr and require an employment reference letter with my roles and responsibilities, but the finalsettlement team or the letters.onboarding team is not responding to any of the follow up emails I have been sending them for past 30 days. The helpline tickets are closed with no resolution.
                                        Wipro only provides the original contract and the relieving letter which does not contain this information and will be rejected by acs because these details won't be furnished.
