Wishing One — i have received wrong product. i want to return the product and want my money back.

Dear sir,
I ordered samsung power bank 30000mah and samsung bluetooth in rs 999 and 100rs shipping charge.
Today 17/12/17 dated receive courier by xpressbees (Vns) but when i opened the courier, i got local (Company name and power capacity nothing is mentioned) not working power bank and bluetooth is also duplicate, low category samsung bluetooth.
This is a very bad thing. I want to refund my amount and please do something to stop such fraud companies.
