I was browsing web and saw there advertisement on a website. it says that buy Samsung power bank and get Bluetooth free at just 999 and shipping charge 100. total amount claim 1099. I have ordered power bank.my order id wo[protected]. but power bank and Bluetooth not working. power bank and Bluetooth not genuine. I send many times mail but wishing one no reply. Please refund my money.

I ordered as shown in the advt for 30000mAh Powr bank and Samsung Blue tooth. Both did not have any matter or brand identity and both are fake and not working. There was no bill. Unable to lodge protest or complain. Have been cheated
