Wishing One — non supply of promised power bank

By seeing an add which available in irctc i have ordered for the product...
1. "power bank" philips and agreed to pay 1099 on its receipt on 2nd dec
2. Accordingly the company has sent the power bank through blue dart courier on 5th dec 2017 on which delivered to me.
3. On opening of the same i have found that it is not that i have ordered for.
4. Means it is not philips, not 30000 mah at all.
5. For this you can refer attached photos and video also.
6. Here i would like to mention that this type of cheating the customer should not happen to any one else.
7. And i would like to ensure my piece is replace with correct product without any additional cost and also the company should be fined for the misdeed.
8.in this regard request your intervention for the same please.
9. Further on my order i have received a confirmation call as i have booked from mob no. [protected]
10. Am also sending an compliant mail to the "wishing one" for their response.
