While browsing some site found the advertisement of Philips Powerbank which navigated me to "http://www.wishingone.com/Buy-Philips-30000-mAh-Power-And-Get-Samsung-Bluetooth...⇄ I placed order of Philips power bank 30000 mAh for 999 with free samsung bluetooth with Order no. W[protected], after this a lady call me to confirm my order. And I received courier on 01-Dec-2017 with bluedart tracking # [protected] and opened package found a power bank not packed which doesn't belong to philips company and is duplicate, and duplicate bluetooth device of samsung.
Both neither power bank nor bluetooth not in good working condition.
Finally i want to return the package and need refund.
Even i raised a refund complaint # 214635 at "http://deals.shopdebest.com/login.php" which is their support site and even i can't trace the status of it.
Please ban this fraud site and take urgent action this types of online trading company which have no customer care number and no complaints and contact details
