I have ordered one smartphone(one plus 7T from www.wishmarts.in order no. 20221114 dated 7.7.21 and paid 15499.00 through debit card.The amount was credited to thakurji trading comp, ghajiabad.Till today(14.7.21) i didnot receive any response from them.One customer care person attends my phone on phone no.[protected] and answers that your phone will be delivered today and repeating same thing daily and never tells courier details and says there is server error and website is not able to generate courier details.They are not answering on chat on website also.I feel iam duped by this website.The company is based in Noida.There is no other contact no. If you mail your problem the maid does not received by them as g mail says not deliverable.Sometimes the customer care no. is switched off for long time.I request to competent authority to take necessary action against the website and provide my item or refund.Beware of these fake websites.

Dear Sir, Please file a charge-back(refund) in your bank, This is a very large scale scam, they have already cheated 100+ customers including me wih scam of 30~50 Lakhs from different website eltshop.in same guy.
Debit card have charge-back protection, please contact your bank immediately, you have time limit of 30 days.
Ask for 'transaction dispute' form & file chargeback from your bank, you will get your money back within 30-120 days, varies with bank.

Yes, It's a fraud website which is not deliver products and you are totally helpless because helpline number and chat is not answered or will answer by fake information. They never provides courier dispatch details and cheating people by changing DNS.
I have oder mobile 3 July and they said they will give but from few days they didnt send mobile the day has come and gone also but my mobile did not came when I said to refund money they was changing the date and one day they changed website only . You are cheat ., refund, thive .
