I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the frequent internet disconnection issue that I have been facing for the past one year. I have complained multiple times to the local cable operator (LCO) MKC and the internet service provider (ISP) WISHNET BROADBAND, but no solution has been provided so far.
The internet connection is very unstable and often drops for few minutes at a time. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration, as I rely on the internet for my work, education, and entertainment. I have missed important deadlines, meetings, and got ban in games due to this problem. I have also wasted a lot of time and money on calling the customer care and troubleshooting the issue. I recharge annually. Will they give my money back??
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and resolve it as soon as possible. I expect a stable and reliable internet connection that matches the service level agreement that I signed up for. I also expect a compensation for the loss of service and the inconvenience caused by this issue.
I am providing the profs of complaints that I have lodged on their website. Every time they give me assurance to resolve the issue. But so far the problem persists
