There are plenty of complains done previously about not providing services & absence of internet maximum days of months but service centre don't provide satisfactory results yet.as a example, last recharge done on 18/02/2020, but not a single minute had received internet service.after complaing to service centre, they keep saying it will take time to solve problem but after more than 96hr no positive feedback received.the local providers not doing there work sufficiently, even after complaing they don't responded.throughout this type of problems happened again again in last 5 months.service gets worst day by day. So, immediately provide uninterrupted service urgently or return last recharge amount as soon as possible.please cancel recharge of Bronze 25 on 18/02/2020. That's all. Reminder:(24/06/2020) even after 6 days have gone no proper solution of the problem is given...same fake promises have been given by service centre staffs day after day but no results have come yet.. please take this matter seriously or we will be pushed to take strict actions and that will be not good at all.
