Hi.. I ve ordered a shoe after watching it on witty cart. I received it on 14th jan. My order number is[protected], website advertising it as a rough and tough shoe even beaten by the hammer, there will be no pain... However that was not the exact which was published online... I'm looking for my refund. Please help as website refund policy is also not clear whether i need to return it myself via courier or they will take it back after dropping a mail.
