For a paid purchase made on 23-9-19, i still haven't received the products or any updates on shipment despite enquiring by email to the email provides on the website. They have no helpline number. They have given a fedex tracking number, however fedex helpline has told they only received documentation of the shipment and not the shipment in physical form.
