I ordered a Dell 55Wh Battery (Order No. 94699) on 17th August 2024 and received the same on 25th August 2024 which was defective. Charge is suddenly dropping from 40% to 3% and shutting down the laptop & it charges from 70% to 100% in 10 seconds.
Also I have not received any warranty for the same but it was showing 1 year warranty from dell. The images shown in the website do not match with what I got i.e., not original battery as advertised.
They are selling fake batteries just by sticking fake brand stickers and claiming as orginal in their website. Its clearly a peelable sticker.
After a lot of frustration as they dont pick up calls or respond to messages and mail i got a call from them on September 2, 2024 saying that they will provide a return and refund within 5-7 days which is as per thier policy & they said they will also deduct 30% for thier courier charges and repairing fees which they expect me to bear.
Now even after 10 days of their confirmation, I have not recieved any refund. They are also not responding to calls, whatsapp messages, mail.
I just want my refund. The orginal price is Rs.2, 199. After deducting 30% they agreed to pay Rs.1, 540. Its not at all fair to collect 30% from me as i was not in fault. The only fault I did is I purchased from that website.
Thier customer care is so garbage, I have literally called them atleast 200-300 times which I will attach as an image. They just wont pickup.
