I have made an order (Order No #101249, one laptop asus charger) with WMart. I cancelled the order before dispatching and i claimed for refund of Rs 1319. I have emailed to WMart and tried calling them continuously. But They didn't respond anything. Even tried following up in WhatsApp also, they didn't reply anything. Really disappointed from Wmart.

Had a nightmare dealing with WMart. Kindly refund amount Rs 1709 against order id 97641 as I had canceled the order on same day.

I ordered a Dell 55Wh Battery (Order No. 94699) on 17th August 2024 and received the same on 25th August 2024 which was defective. Charge is suddenly dropping from 40% to 3% and shutting down the laptop & it charges from 70% to 100% in 10 seconds.

Also I have not received any warranty for the same but it was showing 1 year warranty from dell. The images shown in the website do not match with what I got i.e., not original battery as advertised.

They are selling fake batteries just by sticking fake brand stickers and claiming as orginal in their website. Its clearly a peelable sticker.

After a lot of frustration as they dont pick up calls or respond to messages and mail i got a call from them on September 2, 2024 saying that they will provide a return and refund within 5-7 days which is as per thier policy & they said they will also deduct 30% for thier courier charges and repairing fees which they expect me to bear.

Now even after 10 days of their confirmation, I have not recieved any refund. They are also not responding to calls, whatsapp messages, mail.
I just want my refund. The orginal price is Rs.2, 199. After deducting 30% they agreed to pay Rs.1, 540. Its not at all fair to collect 30% from me as i was not in fault. The only fault I did is I purchased from that website.

Thier customer care is so garbage, I have literally called them atleast 200-300 times which I will attach as an image. They just wont pickup.

Wmart is fake company, I recently purchased a battery for Thinkpad Laptop T430 Lenovo vide order no. 93963, they sent me a defective product, I have written through E-mail and Wattsapp, they never pick your phone, and they have not replaced my battery, donot buy any thing from them.They are selling fake product.They should refund my money at the earliest. raj kumar

I ordered a dell laptop battery and paid for it Rs.2069.My order id is #94394. I cancelled the order very next day and requested for refund.Till now I have not received the refund amount. Yesterday they replied via whatsapp that 5% will be deducted . i agreed and asked them to refund rest of the amount. But till now i have not received refund amount. Please help me to get refund. What a worst experience from Wmart.co.in

Was sent a different model that did not fit, but on further enquiry I realized this to be a fake one. Because on questioning if at all there are problems in the replacement charger they were willing to send, will asus authorised service centres address the warranty, they replied to contact wmart only. This must be fraudulent. Now they are not refunding nor responding though I sent the request on the day i received the product.

Bought a Dell battery F3YGT. Battery has print mentioned as F3YGT and 60Wh.
However when checked on system it shows 37.2Wh. Battery model is different as well when checked on system (2X39G)

Have been trying to contact the seller but no success.

They claim everything as genuine on their websites but they only sell fake chargers/batteries. The products are all counterfeit products. Lost around 3k in this scam.

I have ordered an Asus laptop charger from wmart website but the charger pin was not compatible so I asked them the replace it. First of all they said replacement is not available market so we will refund but we will deduct restoration charges. This was strange so argued with them but they said this is in our return policy. Then they told that I have to courier the product to their office by paying courier charges so I did it. After this they told that money will be refunded within 2-3 days but it's been more than 15 days and I am still following up with them for refund. They are only reachable on WhatsApp and they don't pick your call but they will certainly call when you are placing order. They are playing games and cheating customer when it comes to customer services.
This is a fraud company. I regret ordering from them and would never recommend to any one

Wmart is one of the fraud service provider of Gujarat. Firstly, they show one kind of product in their website but deliver another type. When I ask them they say you should have called us and let us know what type of product I want. Secondly, due to some problem when I asked for replacement, they told replacement is not available in market. When I asked for refund they said courier charges and restoration charges will be deducted from refund amount.
When I asked why restoration charges when product is not even unboxed. They don't have any answer so they misbehaved and said this is as per policy.
This is pure robbery and monopoly. Such companies shouldn't be allowed to do business in market

This Wmart is one of rhe fraud company in Gujrat. They run ### business. Firstly, they take days to deliver the product. Secondly, if there is ANY PROBLEM and CUSTOMER ask for replacement then they say replacement is not available in market so for initiating return courier charges and restroration fee will be deducted from refund amount. When CUSTOMER asks why should I pay restoration amount when the product is not even unboxed.
They don't have any answer so they talk rudely with CUSTOMER. When I said, I will put this in CONSUMER COMPLAINT, they told there are so many complains but nothing happens.
Such company don't deserve to exist in market.

Purchased dell adaptor for 15 7572 laptop. Instead of giving 65 watt adaptor, i was sent a 45 watt adaptor. The product specifications in their website also does not mention that it is 45 or 65 watt. After complaint., they blamed it as my mistake and asked to pay for the delivery fir replacement.

This is a really a nice battery 🔋 as I have tested it,
Firstly about packaging, well packed and no chance of damge during transport.
Delivery on time.
And now talk about battery performace as I have tesed,
At 99% charge, I started movie and without stopping video continously for exact 2hrs it reached to 47 % and after 1 hr and 18 minute it suddenly shut down.
So, as I observer after full charge it can easily play movie or video for 3 hrs and 20 minute.
And if you use normally it can extend till full day.
I loved this product.

Absolutely amazing! I thought Amazon and Flipkart were Superfast. But now I am adding WMART also to the reputed list. I received the battery the next day itself in Bangalore. The battery was easily detected by my Dell XPS 9560 and started charging right away.
It is the exact same model number as my previous battery.

My laptop charger which I have purchased has been blown out while charging. The product is under warranty.

I had purchased Apple USB C type 61watt original charger from Wmart post confirmation from Wmart employee that its a Genuine Apple charger. However when charger delivered it is Chinese compatible charger and not genuine charger. I pad 150 rs for express delivery to get the product in 2 to 3 days against the free delivery of 4 to 6 days. But my product also delivered late in 4 days.

Company employee confirmed on chat that its original apple as I have clearly told her that if its genuine apple then only will buy hence post her confirmation i have placed the order.

Company has 7 day refund policy however they are now asking for 300 courier charges and 10% restoration charges for wrongly sold product.

For Price Rs.2699; they sent a duplicate with no DELL mentioned on it and not even DELL mentioned in packaging

with sleep mode battery lasts only less than 60 minutes, this is a 9 CELL battery should last at least 6 to 7 hours

I have ordered a original hp laptop battery worth 1800 from www.wmart.co.in, but they sent me a duplicate battery instead of original. They fooled so many people by sending duplicate product....
