I ordered a Lenovo laptop battery from WMart.co.in, operated by WMart Infocom Pvt. Ltd. The battery was delivered, but within a few days, it started malfunctioning. I contacted their WhatsApp support team, and they arranged a return pickup, which was successfully completed.
Since then, I’ve been trying to reach them for a replacement. Despite multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp and email (sent over 10 days ago), I have received no response. Their support team has gone completely silent, and I’m left without a working battery or any update on the replacement.
