I have purchased battery from WMart having cost ₹ 2032 on 13 Jan 24. Battery was defective. I have raised the matter to WMart. WMart picked up battery from me on 13 Feb 24. But they are not providing me replacement of item. After contact they are saying that we got item damaged. But I have sent item intact and same has been shown to courier boy....
