Dear i Have purchased from WMART from online dell laptop battery model no: 5558. Order id : 81718 purchase date:18/12/2023 channel: WMart GSTIn No: 24EWKPM8578M1ZI. I have received courier from Blue dart surface 500 yesterday 22/12/2023. And i opened box placed in laptop its not working its completely dead. The Wmart company not lifing calls they are catting in whatsapp. Now they are saying now if we create return than 300 rs. courier charger and 10% restoration charge deducted from your net amount at time of refund.
