I bought ASUS laptop charger and they delivered wrong product. So I returned it with a video as instructed in the box.

I have sent 100s of messages on the WhatsApp +[protected] and I get automated response and occasionally someone replies 'wait, I will update today's

It's been 2 months since the Charger was returned and I have written multiple emails and WhatsApp message and haven't got refund or replacement.

I have all the proofs. They are playing the fool and I have lost my money.

I ordered Dell Inspiron battery but they provide me dead battery and not refunding now, it is a scam please don't buy anything ..

I have ordered hp pavilion 150w adaptor in wmart and the product is not working

I placed a order for a msi laptop battery order id-83986 and after 4 days of placing order they told that the price of product has increased and pay 1000 extra or cancel, so i asked them to cancel. Now its been more than a week since customer care is not replaying to me and has been gone totally unresponsive before cancellation they were very responsive, now I don’t no what should i do, i have all the proofs transactions history chat with customer care and everything please help.

Dear i Have purchased from WMART from online dell laptop battery model no: 5558. Order id : 81718 purchase date:18/12/2023 channel: WMart GSTIn No: 24EWKPM8578M1ZI. I have received courier from Blue dart surface 500 yesterday 22/12/2023. And i opened box placed in laptop its not working its completely dead. The Wmart company not lifing calls they are catting in whatsapp. Now they are saying now if we create return than 300 rs. courier charger...
