I have placed an order for online purchase of an embroidery gown as on 15 oct 2019 through womenclothesstudio.com. The payment options was only via payumoney so i made the payment of rs. 549 via link of payumoney. After that i have received confirmation throught message and mail for order no #37897. Delivery to be made as on 25th oct 2019.
The message contained mobile no. And mail i'd.
I did not get delivery till date and the given mobile no. Is switched off now.

Also i am not getting any reply on mail.
The website is also not opening.

Request you to resolve this fraud deal.

Updated by Saini.dimple4 Today I received a call from [protected]. The person told that he is from women clothes studio and asked me to taken aback my complaint. He also asked to share debit card no. of my bank account to refund the amount. I denied to share the confidential matters.

Request you to kindly look into this fraudulent matter.

I ordered product seeing facebook ad . It's called women cloth studio. I had paid online and there is no way to contact the dealer. Their phone number dont work and emails no reply. Cannot message them in facebook. I'm going to move legally

I had ordered top from women cloth studio by seeing in facebook, while ordering there is no COD option available.i have paid 300rs its been almost more than a month i hv nt received my order
