I had ordered a lehenga from this company from gujrat, it wasn't as it was described and the material was very cheap. I messaged them asking the a return and refund. They haven't been replying. I have couriered to them as well and it has reached. They are seeing my messages but not replying. They themselves had told me to courier and back to them, and that when it reaches them they'll give me a call regarding my bank details. But no such thing happened. Was this information helpful? |
